We had an amazing stay. The food was the best part and the staff were awesome. The pool definitely needs updating but not a deal breaker for us because of the beautiful beach. We will definitely return. We did the all inclusive a must for our family of 5

Every single thing about our stay was perfect!! Clean, kind, beautiful and a must stay when visiting Bermuda. It’s your own slice of heaven!

Staff was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Location was great: 5 minutes from the airport, but zero noise from planes, beautiful beach, cave pool is magical, bus stops right in front of property, short walk to the Blue Hole and to Crystal Caves. Room was a little dated but comfortable and good size. Food was very good, not great, but better than most resorts. Overall, super relaxing. If we ever go back to Bermuda, we'll stay here again.

Clean rooms and good atmospher

It was a great getaway for the two of us. The place was beautiful and the people were fantastic. I would go there again what a great way to spend our New Years.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a great variety.

The food at the resort was good. The service was good with friendly staff. Room furniture was outdated. The pool, fitness room, hot tub, beach was adequately maintained. Resort was unwilling to allow a one hour late check out.

Regis next time, Grotto location is great but the rooms, facilities are terrible. Only thing winning is the cave swim if that……

Room was in good condition. Staff was courteous. Room photo on expedia was not as pictured. Much further away from the ocean than I had hoped. A very distant ocean view it was.

Improvement wise not advertising their off season! We went on Christmas and it was raining and super windy the whole time. Definitely could use a game room with a pool table, even a 10 cent arcade so that the older kids can play all day on those types of days especially If your whole trip is like that. The room can definitely be cleaner. So can the property, there were lots of straws and trash around everywhere, especially in the cave to swim in and the spa area, staff was amazing and polite, not much to do on property wise, definitely recommend cafe ole over by the crystal caves its about a mile walk the food is absolutely amazing 👏 so is the pub on the corner, definitely take the bus its fun and nice to see the island in the rain that way. The water is absolutely beautiful but to cold to go in without a wet suit or sum sort of rash guard.

The quality of the food, excellent! Service of the staff, fantastic! Location, 5 minutes to the airport, 9 minute walk to Crystal cave, the Blue Hole, and a 5 minute walk to the Swizzle Inn Pub and Baily's Bay Ice Cream Parlour (British Spelling)

Visited in Dec 2025 with family over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and its amenities. Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. We purchased the all inclusive add-on, which was well worth the food and drinks, which can get pricey in Bermuda. Rooms were clean and managed really well. The all inclusive option even came with a 3 day transportation pass that allowed us to travel in the bus and ferry system for free. Will visit and stay here again.

Rooms were standard. Pools said heated but it was cold! Limited staff due to holiday season. Food options limited. Overall it was good.
