Excellent large apartment

Receptionist at night is terrible and also not helpful. Their attention is more on their computer. I also have to find out where I can throw my rubbish.

Credo che questo sia l’hotel migliore in cui abbia mai soggiornato. L’appartamento era bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, ci hanno fornito detersivo, spugna per lavare i piatti capsule per la lavastoviglie. Essendo stati una settimana abbiamo dovuto pulire noi tutto (ma già lo sapevamo perché la pulizia giornaliera non era prevista). L’appartamento era veramente grande dotato di tavolo con cui fare colazione, forno a induzione e forno e microonde con compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice (che abbiamo utilizzato e funzionante). L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di possiamo dire un piccolo grattacielo, noi eravamo all’ottavo piano. Al piano uno veniva servita la colazione ed era presente anche un piccolo ristorante. Noi non avevamo la colazione inclusa, però l’abbiamo provata (pagando) solo per un giorno e devo dire che le cose erano davvero buone. Il mio ragazzo ha provato la tipica colazione all’inglese con salsiccia e fagioli ed è stata veramente ottima. La città di Sutton è bellissima, abbiamo trascorso due giorni pieni solo per visitarla tutta perché c’è piaciuta tantissimo, dotata di ogni negozio, a partire da supermercato fino a grandi catene come Burger King e McDonald’s. È presente anche un negozio di alimentari giapponesi che noi abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, è presente anche una catena di Sushi molto economica ma davvero ottima. Insomma che dire noi ci siamo innamorati sia dell’appartamento che della città di Sutton, riponeterei qui.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Metro station. Restaurants and cafes with delicious food around the area within walking distance. Staff welcomed us with a smile and were kind, friendly and very accommodating.

Absolutely nothing to complain about! Good personal and skilled staff in the reception. Very helpful also when the family came apart in London and two of them returned without "Key-card".

駅から近くて、とても便利でした。 ホテルに帰る途中に、かなり遅くまでやってるスーパーがあり、毎日寄って帰ってました。 各部屋に、ドラム式洗濯機、キッチンが付いていて、部屋もとても広いので、快適でした。 お掃除は、入らないとの事でしたので、それは誰も入らないなら、良いと思いましたが、3日目ぐらいに、予告無しにベッドメーキングと、新しいタオルが置いてあり、ちょっとびっくりしました。一応スーツケースなど、閉めておきましたが… タオルもずっと同じ物を使わなくてはいけなかったのですが、チェックインの時に、タオル交換は２４時間OKと言ってたので、交換にフロントに行ったら、予約して有料のクリーニングをして下さいと言われたのが、疑問でした。 しぶしぶ交換してもらえてましたが、白人ならそんな事は、無かったのかなぁ？と思いました。

It was a nice place to stay for a week. We did spend a bit of time on trains, but locals were nice and shopping was close.

The one bed apartment I had was nice. The biggest problem was a bright green light right above the bed, and when I say bright - literally lit the entire room with this green light. When I complained about it (given the price of the room) I was told "everyone complains about this, but it's a safety light". If everyone is complaining about it, you should put this in the room description "bring your own eye sleepwear, otherwise you will be kept awake every night". It's just not good enough. The room was also meant to be cleaned on day 7 - they made the bed and changed the towels. No cleaning done or dishwasher emptied. Otherwise, it's close to transport, restaurants and shops.

Wir waren mit der Grösse der Zimmer zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut, wie auch draussen wegen der Strasse. Kein Kontinentes Frühstück, aber wer Bohnen, Speck, Nutella & ? gerne hat, sei gegönnt. Pluspunkt; Zug gleich in 5min. erreichbar (Super!)

Had to change rooms due to certain

It was just far from everything. We had to take long train rides everywhere and the taxi ride from Heathrow was $200. The facility was great, really nice actually, but the cost of transport to and from made it less worth the discounted price.

I stayed for 2 weeks for a business trip and I found very suspicious traces in the room, on the floor, of a reddish dried tint. Best case some food sauce, worst case dried blood. Anyway, I asked for a room change. The second room had leftover milk in the fridge. I don’t need to explain what may happen with leftover milk, assuming that the white liquid was indeed milk, since this may be a biohazard. Indeed salmonella can develop rapidly. Otherwise the rooms are quite spacious.

駅近で近くにお店も多く、また、スタッフも親切で、大変過ごしやすかったです。

I had a few small issues my first night. All of the staff were very friendly and responsive. They took care of all of my concerns promptly.

Absolutely amazing stay, the staff members were welcoming and polite.
