The room booked was a superior room. If what we had was superior then I'd hate to think what the other rooms are like. Light fitting come away from the ceiling. Bedside lights with no bulb. Vanity light with a blown bulb. The lift was out of order. If we'd been disabled that would have been a huge issue. It wouldn't have hurt to have let guests know in advance. I get it was cheap but I don't think it would hurt to make an effort. Would I recommend it? No. Would I stay again? No

Parking was secure and easy to find

This hotel is truly awful. The most recent reviews confirm the negative experiences. It’s in a terrible state, dirty and noisy. The fire alarm went off in the evening and the curtains were so filthy I couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom had missing tiles and the floor grout was black instead of the expected colour. The lift is out of order and appeared to have been so for a very long time so if you struggle with stairs, you must avoid this place. If you’re looking for a clean hotel and a good night’s sleep, this isn’t the place for you.

The room smelt the bed was uncomfortable the bathroon smelt like a open drain we oaid for 2 nights but onlt stopped 1 night because how bad the accommodation was.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very poor renovations Mirror fell off wall in bedroom Dirty and I’ll fitting carpets - trip hazard Shower screen broken Mold around bath Broken flags on entrance steps - trip hazard Unclear signage Executive room had double bed in space intended for king size bed Minimal bathroom products (including empty sanitary bag holder) Not worth a single penny! Very very basic, lift not working, no water pressure. Bed was fairly comfortable. If you want cheap and not so cheerful then go for it. If not spend a little more and stay somewhere else

Downstairs smelled of cannabis but upstairs corridors were good.

These rooms are those are from 90s and nothing is clean even towels have hole in it Bedshetts got hairs

Overall the hotel is run down and tired looking. Broken steps and trip hazard leading to front door. Corridors smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Mattress had a huge dentition in the springs on one side. Bathroom broken handle on door, dangerous broken electric cover on heated towel rail. Cracked/broken window and covered in cobwebs. Shower wash empty and shower head broken so could not fix at any height. Toilet brush no handle. Room not serviced. Sadly this hotel is indicative of the general area, run down, dirty with rubbish and unloved or cared for.

A bit too noisy from some adjacent rooms for my liking and was woken a few occasion during the night with people shouting but the cost of the stay was cheap so maybe expected and wifi was good.

The hotel was clearly under renovation. The place was very shabby and smelt of fresh (an ugly green) paint. There was no restaurant facilities available, so no breakfast. The lift was out of order. Definitely not to be recommended.

Avoid at all cost. Room was dirty. Toilet water was constantly running which could not be repaired when reported. We left the room and hotel within 15mins of checking in. They promised a refund as they couldn't offer another room but stated that would need to go through Hotels.com. They did not refund and Im still chansing this up with Hotels.com

Shame. Used to be a class hotel. Now is a totally run down garbage hotel. Would not recommend staying here at all. Unless you recently arrived by boat. Stay away. Dont let the price fool you.

Hotel very smelly even my room and hallways I wouldn't recommend any stay there no lift was working

The room has an awkward kind of smell and at some point in the night had a blocked noise. The environment need renovation.
