Liked the modern appliances and cleanliness of the room. Staff were very good too. Didn’t like the noise from the vent in the bedroom, excessive when the restroom fan was switched on. Pity, otherwise a great place to stay.

Fully kitted out kitchen with brand new preparation and serving utensils and dinnerware. Well-designed plan for ease of moving around the unit for a couple or a couple with a small child. All the appliances are brand new--dish washer, clothes washer and dryer set, microwave, stove, fridge. Large windows as shown. Quiet street below.

I recently stayed for one night and everything was excellent. The room was spotless and featured a fully working kitchen with up to date appliances, comfortable bedroom with shutter doors to block light and sound, a toilet/shower and plenty of room to sit and eat or watch TV/read. There was also a balcony off the kitchen. The owner responded promptly to my one question. The room would have been ideal for a longer stay with the cooking facilities plus washer/dryer - the kind of set up seen in Europe for travellers finding a base to explore from, not wanting to eat out for every meal and needing to do some laundry. The hotel is located in Chinatown, about 5 minutes walk from the SkyTrain station to get further into downtown or head out of the city. BC Place and Rogers Arena are also close.

Keefer House was an excellent place to stay on our vacation! It's situated in Chinatown, a neighbourhood full of rich history and amazing food and drink. There's enough restaurants and bars within a couple blocks to keep you busy all week as well as the gardens and other cool hidden gems. Our suite had mountain views over the historic buildings. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. It even had extra blankets which was a big plus. The check in and communication was very easy, we were even given early check in without asking. I highly recommend Keefer House to anyone looking for clean comfort surrounded by character. We will be staying here again in the future.

This is not a hotel, its an apartment with no housekeeping service. The room was spacious and clean, and had a kitchen, but I didn't feel the price was appropriate with no housekeeping provided.

Good location. Was exactly like the pictures. Communication with the host was easy and throughout the stay.

The parking instructions were not very clear and we were unable to extend parking via the app. Also the garage gated parking was on the fifth floor with no elevators in service. Getting to the car parking next morning with no elevator access was a trek up 5 floors😞

This place was immaculate. Looks brand new. Door security was incredibly helpful and kind.

The WHOLE Hotel is a VERY CLEAN facility, well located, staff is ALWAYS pending of your needs. REALLY loved the Hotel

Everything was perfect!

The place is well maintained, had nice hand written note waiting, cozy, nice and roomy. Security at night is friendly and trendy lounge next door and around corner Chinatown. Walked to the area and ate some tasty food. But be aware this is area that is high vagrant population. Parking garage is across the street in an outdoor covered multi level, and get a code to park in a gated gate on top floor and has security. The suites do not own the parking. We parked late at night twice and elevator shut down, code did not work and had to walk down five flight of stairs. This is if you need to park, but easy access for uber or lyft access.

Sketchy area but good food surrounding it. Hotel is fantastic if you’re just going to be out and about during the day. Has overnight security, which tells you something.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. The perfect place to stay while in Vancouver. It is in Chinatown, so you may have heard not to come to this area, but you should. So much history, architectural gems, and small locally owned cafes and restaurants. We did not feel unsafe at all. The furniture, fixtures and details were very homey but also luxurious as well. They have all the amenities one would need in an apartment. The hotel has good accessibility with two elevators. We stayed in the three bedroom apartment which worked great for us, but be aware that two of the beds are very close to the wall, so when sharing a bed, getting to the other side would mean scooting there on the bed. We had no problems there, but it could be an issue for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. I would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to friends/family.

Hotel room was very nice. Brand new decor and very nice layout. Gym in building was great. Coffee brewing equipment in the room was appreciated. Bed was excellent. Neighbourhood is developing but has some excellent food and drink options.

The unit was spotless and very well equipped. The location is my new favorite in Vancouver. Very close to everything and right next door to a fantastic cocktail bar..

Amazing place! Rooms were modern, well equipped with all the amenities you could want. Access and check-in/check-out were so smooth. Location was easy to access and close to everything you need.

Kitchen had everything, including several ways to make coffee. Nice lounge and big TV. Very convenient washer and dryer. Comfortable bed and good closet space. Nice bathroom. Excellent communication with staff
