Noisy in the night.

Good! I like it!

Too noisy. The bar operates until 5am. Almost you cannot sleep for the whole night.

Everything is good

Location is great and there're lot of good restaurant choices around as well as easy to access difference kind of transportations, shops & spots

Actually, I think that the location of this hotel is good, as it is located on Queen Street, and there is free tram nearby. The free tram can even take you to the sky bus station. It is just 2-3 stops away from the sky bus station. Therefore, it is good! However, apart from the location, the facilities are not really that high-tech. All the things are old. But luckily, those things can be used, so still fine! Also, I would like to say the electricity sockets are too limited, it's hard to find one, and I would like to have some USB sockets, there are none of them! So put more, please. But so far, it is not a really bad hotel!

Do not check in during weekend or public holiday!! The sound proofing of this hotel is extremely poor!! U can hardly fall in sleep as there is a club down in 2/F. The hotel will only provide you with a earplug and a regard that does not help at all

We booked the room for Dec 25 to 30 with free breakfast, but the hotel informed us the breakfast was handled by a nearby cafe while checkin-in, the cafe wasn't open during the 5-day period that I stayed, I was the one to tell the hotel staff that it was not open. Only breakfast boxes were offered from Dec 26 and onwards but the packed food and drink inside was not acceptable and far below our expectation. The hotel room was very noisy due to several night parties of the disco/ club just next to the hotel building, not understanding why the hotel did nothing to make the room more soundproof. The free wi-fi cannot be connected from time to time. It should be enhanced.

Do NOT stay here on a Friday or Saturday night.

Great place in the city center and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars

Internet wifi was poor very bad.

The accomodation was conveniently located in Melbourne Staff where friendly and helpful Room clean & comfy. Parking underneath and bar and restaraunt on level one. Very handy.

It was a great city option for us. Once we worked out how to get it and find reception, it was fine.

Nice and central to most amenities, can walk or take the trams/trains which were all free of charge. The hotel itself self was very dated but clean and rooms were spacious. The shower was pretty poor, not much pressure and took a long time to heat up, we only used the hot water tap as it wasn’t that hot. Staff were accommodating when I asked for extra towels. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant so can’t comment on that. The hotel has a nightclub which goes on till 5am on a Saturday night/sunday morning , this is fine if you are young and want to attend. Otherwise don’t expect to get any sleep. We were on the forth floor and didn’t get a wink of sleep, the noise was unbearable!! We were told about this on checking in and offered earplugs (which are no good to me as I can’t wear them). We called reception around 0230 to complain as we were checking out on Sunday @ 10am. They apologised and extended our checkout time till 12. My son and his girlfriend were on level 6, they heard it but not nearly as bad as we did (we are in our 60’s) and enjoy fun as much as the young ones but the continuous noise of the base was excruciating!! Not a place to go on the weekend if you like peace and quiet.

Really central and great location, dated but clean hotel. Beware though... hotel is above a nightclub (didn't see this mentioned anywhere but may have missed it) and the only solution presented by hotel check in was "come back for earbuds if it becomes a problem".

Great location dont book it for Saturday if you like your sleep tiny reception area room was good on 7th floor the front of the hotel was very dirty after Saturday night...
