Overall is good. Location is perfect and convenient. Room is spacious. The only thing you need to consider is the shower. Their shower’s temperature is not stable and sometimes even no hot water at all. If you do not have high standard for shower, this is definitely a perfect hotel.

The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again.

Very slow checkin experience. Self checkin not working. Reception area very unappealing and pokey. For a mini double room was pleasantly surprised by furnishings and fittings. Convenient location and good price for one night stay.

Another comfortable stay whilst in the CBD for a heavy week of study.
Thomas on front desk accomodated an after the fact two extra night add on, meaning I didn't need to change rooms which was greatly appreciated.
Slight concern with water pressure one morning, but it was a bigger issue than one room (it happens) which was outside the staff's control.
Meal options are good value for those time poor or not wanting to head outside the property.
Frequent user and will continue to do.

The shower in my room made a horrible screeching and thumping noise from both hot and cold taps which made having a shower very unpleasant. Then at midnight I had to listen to the room next door using their shower that was also screeching and thumping. The plumbing needs to be fixed.
