During this trip to Australia, our family had stayed five nights each in Melbourne and Sydney. In Melbourne, we stayed on the 47th floor of a high-rise with a kitchen fully equipped with utensils and a beautiful view. The price was very reasonable. In Sydney, the location of this hotel was excellent, with convenient transportation, an outstanding breakfast, and very friendly staff in the dining area. However, I was very dissatisfied with the accommodation itself. For all five nights, we were assigned to the lowest floor, only the 3rd floor. The worst part was that I actually encountered cockroaches in the bathroom — something I had never experienced before, even though I often travel for business and leisure. After reporting the issue to the front desk, I never received any apology from the hotel manager, not even a note, nor was I offered a room change. On the last night, I and my family didn’t even dare to take a bath in the bathroom, and every visit there made me feel uneasy. Overall, aside from the dining experience, my impression of this hotel was very poor.

離icc展場走路可到 附近Chinatown也很多吃的 離機場開車大概20分鐘 整體來說地點挺好的

Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay.

Staff was welcoming & helpful 🌟 Room was clean💫 Great breakfast🌟 Nothing in the bar fridge except a small milk, thought I would have a small wine after a long day - not in fridge - not worried too much. Just thought if staying in a motel - parking would be a given?? Was a good stay - Thank You all 😀

The bed was hard with no pillow top, the carpet was old and smelly, the building was like a rabbit warren to navigate around, the gym and pool were not accessible for people with mobility issues, you have to go through what looks like an external exit on level 14 then climb these internal cement steps, the gym was very basic and the pool water was a horrible green colour. the shower was over the bath which wasn't great.not what we were expecting for our $398 overnight stay.

This is very much a tour operator hotel. It’s ideally located for all the transport systems but it is really busy

Great location for public transportation to Sydney operas, and is very convenient to foods and China town restaurants! Staff are friendly and check in device were multiple for self- check-in!

Super convenient. Literally right next to Central Station, George St, and all your necessities. I loved it: super big spacious room too! The buffet in the morning was fantastic to have. Loved it. Staff was helpful and friendly. And the convenience store on the hotel was perfect. I loved this hotel and will always stay here. The entrance too is beautiful: iconic big screen video, a photo op, and more. Definitely stay here in Sydney!

Good location for food, public transport n attractions. Clean room, comfy beds, good house keeping but please change drinking glasses n cups. Wish they have BBC or CNN. Gym very basic. Will stay again if good room rate!

Great location for getting out and about to Sydneys main attractions. About 35 minutes walk to Harbour area via Pitt Street (recommended) or George Street where you can pick up tram to harbour easily. Hotel is spotless, room was spacious and ned very comfortable. Staff very helpful and breakfast was definitely worth having. I arrived late evening and got booked into the 808 restaurant, where meal was superb and staff so friendly. One star knocked off as bar closed at 9.30 pm on Sunday evening, however enjoyed my stay here very much and would stay again.

Easy check-in, great rooms, and friendly staff, all in a super convenient location. It’s my go-to place to stay whenever I’m in Sydney.
