Staff are so rude and unhelpful I already wrote on review on google and Expedia. avoid this place if you want quality and polite staff. room nice enough but not worth the money , breakfast is fair at best, we tried it one time then we ended up having breakfast at the pullman and it was excellent

The motel is in a great spot being close to lagoon, lots of restaurants and shopping. The buffet breakfast was great value and the staff were very helpful.

Great hotel, large rooms, well located on the Esplanade and near to shops and eateries. Laundry available on every second floor. Bathrobes, pool , restaurant. Easy access, tea and coffee, great bathrooms.

The room was very spacious with a lovely view, it really could do with a facelift, a bit worn and outdated, as we were there on Saturday night, there was very loud street noise until late, but not other nights. But, the location certainly made up for it! Actually got to see the Cruise Ship Carnival Splendour leaving for its cruise from our room balcony at night and it was quite a spectical to watch. We also had the Buffet breakfast in the hotel every morning which was very reasonable and enjoyable, staff were extremely helpful. We had hired a car, but as you are walking distance to everything, you wouldn't have the need to. 5 minutes walk to the wharf to get the ferry to Green Island, 5 minute walk to the board walk where there is great dining and the indoor market, and a 5 minute walk to The Casino. Would definitely stay again for the affordability and location.

Easy stay, convenient location for taking tours. Amenities in rooms on 10th floor were much better than 9th floor. Would recommend the hotel.

全体的に清潔感があり、綺麗で良かった。バルコニーの壁の一部が空いているため、隣のバルコニーが見えるのが微妙でした。シャワー使う場合に、トイレとの区切りにクリアガラスがあるが、幅が狭くトイレ側に水が飛ばないか気を使うのでもう少し区切りを大きくしてほしい。ランドリーがあり、洗濯できるので助かる。洗濯・乾燥は各6AUDで洗剤は今回は持ち込んだが売ってるのかは不明。両替はフロントで対応してもらえた

Property felt very dated and very bare minimum. It was fine but didn’t love it.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Great property. Excellent value. Buffet breakfast is a good value. Literally surrounded by a vast array of dining choices. Including the hotel’s own restaurant. Easy walk to train station.

Central location

Suggests parking was available at time of booking, but wasn’t. Had to park 500m away and pay for it. Then walk back to hotel in the rain. I was told by reception that all the parks had been fully booked but big sign NEXT TO RECEPTION states that car parks cannot be booked and it’s first in first served. Rubbish!

立地が最高でした！！エスプラネードも近く、朝の散歩が気持ちよかったです。早朝に着きましたが、ラウンジを開けてくれたため、メイクや荷物の整理をすることができました。（ソファがふかふかでゆっくり休めてありがたかったです！）お部屋はきれいで快適でした。歯ブラシのアメニティはありませんでしたが、フロントに言えば持ってきてくれました。お風呂の水圧が弱かったのと、水の違いかシャンプーの違いか分かりませんが、髪を洗うとギシギシになってしまったので、日本から使い慣れたものを持ってくることをおすすめします。コインランドリーは偶数階に設置されており、洗濯・乾燥それぞれ6ドルでできます。現金（コイン）が必要ですが、フロントで快く両替してくれました。（洗剤もフロントで買えます。）1階に給水機があり、毎日水筒に水を補充できたのがありがたかったです。フロントの人はみなさん優しく丁寧で、時間によっては日本人のスタッフもいらっしゃいました。ケアンズに来るなら、ぜひまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

A great sport with a great location

On arrival there was a mix up with requested bed preferences. Reception staff were super helpful and rectified happily. Breakfast was very enjoyable and well worth having, the poached eggs were perfect and the staff were very friendly. Thank you to you all.
