洗衣服烘衣服很方便

The kitchen and equipment are old. The stove is weak and slow, cant even boil eggs. Wifi is extemely slow. Bed is comfortable, location is convenient

地理位置很棒

位處市中心，交通方便。酒店有歷史感，房間很大，內有洗衣機乾衣機。遺憾是酒店外修路，自駕人士不方便停車。

服务热情，友善，外面用餐选择多样，市中心闹中取静，购物方便，就是用水时水量太小。

The construction work across Elizabeth Street in the middle of the night affected my sleep. This part was very miserable, but the others were good.

隔音很差，不時會有水流聲及其他房客開關門聲

Everything is excellent. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

作为在CBD的住宿，位置很好，旁边就有的士站与超市，只是因为此，有时晚上也会因为楼下是街道而比较吵。员工很友善，

房間有點歷史, 古典品味, 但訂房時有註明希望高樓層, 最後住房是住在2樓, 現場服務人員也未調整, 房內有樓梯, 對於扛著5件大行李的我們是個負擔

布里斯班CBD核心，酒店有100多年历史，很有味道。这次顶了一个共享巨大客厅的双套房，感觉很舒服。楼下便是美食，下楼就能购物。

Unfortunately the rooms in this hotel have deteriorated significantly over the last few years. It's a shame as it is an excellent location and staff are lovely and helpful. The entrance, corridors etc are absolutely gorgeous. But the rooms need serious attention. Our room needed a deep clean to remove the many dirty marks on the walls. A plasterer to repair the chunks of missing plaster on the walls would be good. Also the furniture looks old and dirty and needs refurbishing. I only stayed here as I was travelling with my elderly mother, who needed to be close to the Queen St bus station. I was horrified to see a large burn mark on her blanket (which she couldn't see). The blanket had been made on the bed, and the mark obviously ignored by the room attendant. I have stayed here many times before and it used to be a good quality hotel. Certainly stay if the location is a priority, but not if you are looking for a quality room.

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Love the character with the modern. The dryer was not drying but they offered to dry them in another one which solved the problem. Little issues they need to tend to (small leak under sink, hair dryer not working)

Not a good experience. The room was ratty with multiple issues. Sullen reception staff.

シティの中心にあって便利な位置だったが施設が古く、シャワーの出が悪かったりトイレの流れが悪かったり不便なところも多かった。 マスターキーのひとつが他の部屋の番号に設定されていて一時部屋に戻れなくなった。

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay. The issues ranged from a poor reception experience, getting a faulty bathroom light fixed to being told that hand soap is not provided and I can use a tube of hand wash instead. I cannot recommend it. On the plus side it was a great location with plenty of local meal options.
