Great accommodation for the price. The pool was great, lots of pool side beds and tables. Staff were friendly and very helpful! The room was great, and location was good, slightly further away from the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise - highly recommend!

每天打掃是不錯但是都會有點遺憾的地方 比如說用過的毛巾沒收走 垃圾倒了但垃圾桶蓋子忘記蓋回去 第一天我的手機充電的插頭還被撞掉 有點歪了

Disappointing that the restaurant on site has limited opening hours, appreciate that it is not up to Sovereign’s control but maybe it should be in future.

Apartment was average, spacious but very old, alot of wear & tear cracks and faults. nice big balcony but only two seats and a tiny table on it. Our car couldnt fit under the 1.90m barrier to get into the carpark, offsite parking spaces were never available and we ended up using the "pay for parking" next door at Marriot which cost us another $50 for two days. We looked up the Restaurant on ground floor for the buffet breakfast which said it opened at 7.30am Fri-Sun so we went down and it wasn't open (not sure if was just because of Easter holidays?) It opened at 9am. The vending machines were out of order. Best part would've been the Pool and Spa, the kids loved that there were blow up toys and pool noodles already in the pool to use. I would give a Rate of about 2 out of 5 and probably wouldn't stay again 🙁
