很完美，让我有点儿惊讶

Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and close to the shared hot tub so can be noisier than other room types.".

设备齐全，整洁干净。有宽敞舒适的空间。停车按房号，管理有条理。Check in 时间长，我们很晚到达都可以顺利入住。

Good experience ! Clean, modern & spacious.

The room was new and beautiful ! We loved the big fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedroom, too. Staff there were very nice and helpful . Everything was great except the railroad was super close by . Very challenge for sleeping .

Roof top hot tub! Prompt snow removal. Helpful staff.

Everything was honestly pretty good. The only thing that was a bit unfavourable were stray hairs. In the beds and in the bathroom.

Easy checkin - showed up to late to use the hot tub which was a bummer but the place was everything we needed for the night , we were able to make breakfast and coffee , do a load of laundry , shower and hit the road again the next day !! Side note the soap from Rocky Mountain soap co smelt so good I had to get some for myself for our house !!!

Great location and room. It was disappointing to see that there are no outdoor plug ins for vehicles as it was quite cold during our stay. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place at great location

Clean, convenient close to everything and accommodating an amazing view. Even went above and beyond after a check out and let us hang out for a couple hours.

we love it there, staff is friendly and helpful. rooms are clean. some need mild touch up in renos but its okay :) we will come back!

Overall okay. However, for the price a few things could have been improved including our tub did not empty completely as well there was limited cutlery in kitchen.

Excellent studio had all that the two of us and our small dog needed! Extremely clean the location was awesome walking distance to all the sites in the Town Centre….train is right outside the building which can add noise but if your a train enthusiast what could be better will stay again I hope!

I had a wonderful stay at Basecamp Resorts in Canmore! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to downtown Canmore with great access to trails, restaurants, and shops, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, complete with a full kitchen and comfortable living space, which felt just like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the views of the mountains from the property were simply breathtaking. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the overall cozy atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Canmore!
