Bad hospitality and bad management. The hotel was under renovation but I was not informed of. In the morning sharp at 9:00am, hammering sound just right above my room awakened me. When I stepped out the room, I found that my room was just like sitting in the midst of construction site. I went to reception desk, the staff was rude and said they are lawful to work. What a hospitality it is! I was very disappointed and angry about this. When I made a request to contact her manager, she told me that he is busy and so I have to sit aside and wait without knowing how long should I have to wait. I am sure that she had not pass my complaint to her head.

Room is large and comfortable.

Not bad.

The hotel is close to Gilmore Station and Brentwood Station. Just need to walk 7-8 mins to get there. Brentwood Centre is nearby.

Had a great time! The room was clean, and well kept

I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk employee was unpleasant and came across as rude, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel. Additionally, I do not understand why, as a guest, I am required to pay for parking. I specifically chose this hotel based on the availability of parking, and at no point during the reservation process was it mentioned that parking or breakfast would incur additional charges. This lack of transparency is frustrating and does not reflect well on the overall experience.

The hotel is very dated but well maintained. Our room on the 3rd floor smelt very musty/moldy so that was off putting and unfortunate because the room was great otherwise.

Air conditioner very loud. No security lock on sliding doors to be able to keep it open instead of air conditioner. Couch area is very small and dark, no window. We used the couch bed and was difficult to rearrange the furniture to make it work.

Staffs are helpful and check in was smooth.

Spacious. Everything we need!

Unfortunately booked in the wrong place. Thought I was booking in the Executive Plaza. This place was clean but outdated for sure.

The room was clean and above expectations.

I like the indoor whirlpool tub. It was the most luxurious and satisfying experience at the hotel. Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like being at home with a friend from somewhere. The balcony allowed me to get a city view in the mornings. Dislike: Carpeting is showing signs of aging in room, public area and in the gym Wall paper in room in peeling off and getting old, yellowish look. The gym room did not even have bulk bottled water dispenser available. I guess the executives would have to get used to drinking tap water directly from tap. Machines need to be wiped down from time to time. How about cleaning the windows for a clearer view from the room?

The room was large but had a few rips in the wallpaper and caulking on the walls so it felt tired, old. But the room was clean. The toilet was very low as well. It is a good location for many things to do in a walking radius, this is why we choose to stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The loby was nice and clean. The location is very good, lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. It's in a very convenient location and the in room jacuzzi is a major bonus. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.
