We had a great stay at Hotel Omni. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. One fun touch was the hotel's adorable dog mascot at the reception desk—it definitely added some charm to the experience.
The gym facilities were excellent and much better equipped than we expected. The location was also a major highlight, with easy walking access to many great restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions in downtown Montreal.
The only downside was that the mattresses in our room were very soft and sagging.
Overall, we'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Montreal.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and communicative. The lobby is very nice and lovely place to chat with friends. The room was clean and big. The shower was nice good water pressure. Loved everything. The pool wasn’t available. Wish it was other than that. Everything was amazing!

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the closet was roomy, there was plenty of counter space and a fridge. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. Full curtains to keep the morning sun out. The bathroom was very large, with lots of counter space and a bidet. The public areas and staff were great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Hotel Omni. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. One fun touch was the hotel's adorable dog mascot at the reception desk—it definitely added some charm to the experience.

The air conditioning is great in the summer heat. The location is very convenient with lots of dining options. Mont Royal park is a steep incline just right outside for the adventurous hikers.

Welcoming Hotel.
Room was comfy but could use update... at least ours did.
The only think that stood out to us was that there was refreshing water dispenser in the lobby when we returned, and the view from our room was really nice as it faced Mont Royal

Meal was enjoyable
Appreciated the bottles of water.
Bathroom was clean BUT
Tub needs to either be replaced or at the very least resurfaced.
Toilet flushing lever needed to be held down for entire flush. And no, I could have called down and had it fixed.
