We only stayed one night and it was disappointing. They do not stock kettles in rooms, but told us we could boil water in a pot for tea. The pull out sofa was so bad that one of our children slept on the floor on a camping mat and we had and another child put a sheet on the sofa as is and slept there. Several of the lamps would not turn on and several outlets didn't work. The toilet seat broke too during our stay. We've had a good history with Residence Inns. I was surprised at this. Since we had booked with Expedia (3rd party), no compensation for all these inconveniences was offered when we reported things to staff.

Our only negative was the comfort of the mattresses. We did not sleep well.

Great brea

We stayed one night as were visiting for a kids soccer tournament. We were upgraded to a suite with a separate room and it was good! The attention was great, and breakfast included was also good for our family. The obvious thing I may suggest is to improve the sofa bed. It was impossible to sleep on it, maybe a more sturdy mattress would improve it. But other than that, it’s a great hotel for what we needed.

Great hotel with everything you need. Gym was very small but good enough to get a quick workout in. Great selection and variety at breakfast too.

Parking was free and great lots of room. Hotel and rooms were nice. Pool and hottin were great. Location was awesome right off the highway 401. Only issue i can say is the breakfast area and location. It was so small and tight. Not good flow with other people also tryiing to get food. Sitting area was small too if alot of people are there. Gettig the food was extremely small, no room to moce around.

The bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor in the corners and there were very large, obvious smudges on the door and wall of the bathroom

Friendly staff

Fast & easy check in. Really nice room with adequately stocked kitchen area, separate bedroom and good bathroom/shower. Free & easy parking and a great location. Breakfast was just okay.

Pet haven— property has a smell; so many pets I would not DARE try the buffet style breakfast. Additionally, the layout is convoluted and inconvenient. Lights out in certain areas of the kitchen; broken remote control; poor service from staff. Will not be returning.

I have stayed here before and really enjoyed the location. The only complaints I have are that the only meat for breakfast was sausage. When you stay for 4 days, it's nice to see a variety. The other was that the hot tub was closed. Again this was minor. Someone mentioned there was glass in there. I appreciate the closure for safety and the prompt reopening of it.

We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time
