We stayed at this property on our way to Antarctica. Everything was absolutely amazing! The food was great and staff was very nice .

Whatever you do, stay somewhere else. You will hear everything, thin walls, thin doors, thin windows -- road noise, hall noise, etc. There was mold in our shower. There is only a thin glass door between the main room and the toilet - you hear everything. Water temperature of the shower varied depending on what was being used by others. Wi Fi was non-existent in the room, had to go to the main lobby to use it. The place surives by bringing in large tour buses. It was a really miserable experience. Stayed in late March 2026.

Great customer service

Rooms were clean and bed/pillows all of good quality. Breakfast started at 5.30am which is perfect for all the early starts with the treks and nearby trips. It’s a shame there are no other facilities to make it feel a little bit more luxury like a pool. View from our window was a construction site so not the best! Disappointing to not know this before staying as i think we would have booked elsewhere as we needed a relaxing day before starting the w trek but found it hard to relax in our room!

Parking was ok, location excellent, hotel clean and professional

We had a large suite with direct lake views, although as hotel is on the only main, coast road, it can be quite noisy during the day. Room very nice and can see the other rooms quite a bit smaller. Food good

The rooms have no sound barriers. You can hear every vehicle that passes in front of the hotel and everyone walking down the hall. The key cards on worked once and then we had to keep going to the font desk to have them reactivated. The ocean view was spectacular!

We had a wonderful view of the fjord and the mountains. The staff were great. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel is generally pretty good. Great breakfast and great lobby with nice view. Room was a bit small and didn’t have a fridge or anything to prepare a hot beverage which was a bit disappointing. Parking on premise is very limited. Otherwise all was good.

Good not great.

This hotel is pricey. Even the basic rooms without bay view cost over $225. The view from the rooms facing the bay and the mountains is beautiful! Of course, they are more expensive.

The room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Great shower. The people that work there are amazing. There was always someone who spoke English. They were willing to help. From putting new battery in my luggage scale. To giving directions to ATMS and the main square. Also directions to the best coffee shops in town. The breakfast was better than average. Let use have a late check out without charge. It was a little warm and there was no AC but the window did open and make it tolerable.
