客室が広く綺麗でした。
フロント前には飲み水(ガス入りとガス無し)が出てくる蛇口があり、便利でした。
アメニティのボディローションの香りがよく肌もしっとりと仕上がったのですごくよかったです。フロントで購入する事ができました。

Good hotel very well located in the heart of Copenhagen. Makes the visit very easy, a few block away from Stroget, and the metro right in front of the hotel. Can easily walk and bike anywhere.
Good modern room, well sound proofed, very good soap products in the room. The breakfast is great and started us off very well every day.
The only downside we can say is that the hotel doesn't really have true air conditioning like we are used to (only ventilation, like in most places in Copenhagen), although we were comfortable in the room after the mechanics corrected a problem with our system after the second night. Second issue for us was that the blackout drapes leave quite a bit of light in, and given the days are very long at this time of the year, the room was alight early in the morning.
Nevertheless, we recommend!

Breakfast and lounge were fabulous. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. Towels were extra large. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a small balcony that overlooked the square. We were facing away from trivoli so could hear the fireworks but could not see them. Location was good for pubs and close to main walking streets. Really convenient to catch the metro to town and the airport.

房間乾淨企理，空間尚可，算是舒適。
酒店響應環保，只有住客自行預約才會有清潔服務，減少不必要的浪費。

Stayed with friends for the weekend. Location was great - across from Tivoli, a few blocks from Carlsburg art gallery, and many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel was spotless. Enjoyed happy hour in the lobby and breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Small room. Good beds. Very clean.
Shower has very deep tub, with swinging glass half door. No useful grab bar. Difficult/dangerous to get in and out.
Desk has glass top -- stylish but a mouse won't work on it.
No luggage rack. Desk top too narrow for suitcase, also maybe too fragile.
One of the best breakfast buffets ever -- and we have traveled in 60 countries.
Friendly and helpful staff -- front desk and concierge.
Coffee maker didn't make coffee even though we followed the directions.
