Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price.

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Really right in the heart of Liverpool you can't go wrong! Next time I visit Liverpool I'll be staying here again!

Lovely stay, clean spacious room and great amenities

Staff were very polite & helpful Room was a decent size, all amenties in room catered for, room was also very clean, good sized bathroom & shower. Did feel as though the room was pretty poorly lit, & not much privacy as there seemed to be apartment windows right across from us. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was barely any hot food avaliable, even after we waited another 15/20 mins for them to re stock. I do feel the price of £215 for a nights stay was very steep for what we recieved. Would probably give an overall 3.5/5

Terrible musty smell and blood stained pillowcases

Great central location with lots of bars and restaurants within close walking distance. The room I had was huge and had everything I needed. Breakfast was ok but nothing special

Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me

Room good and staff good. Room was bit cold to be fair. We mentioned this on check out and they kindly discounted our parking charge nearby at NCP so overall we were satisfied

Room very clean however the security bar on the door wouldnt work as the door frame was loose. The wardrobe area base was damaged quite badly. I was only staying overnight but if i was staying longer i'd have asked for another room.

Clean and friendly environment. Cracking location.

The hotel was OK and in an excellent location for the city. However at the price we paid I think it's fair to expect a bit more comfort. The rooms were quite minimal and basic. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. They offered the standard things you'd expect at a hotel buffet breakfast but nothing more. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful and the building is spectacular.

The reception staff was very help the woman explained about what the hotel had to offer. The room was massive and the bed was so comfy. It was very clean lots of towels, pillows and the the room temperature was perfect. The shower has excellent pressure and was nice and hot. I slept really well and breakfast was good.You have a good choice of food, so catered for all.

The hotel is in a central location and the room was good condition. I’ve rated the stay average as they did not honour the discounted parking which was displayed on Google when I searched for available parking.
