Very helpful staff. Rooms and amenities great.,Could do with a touch of paint and some areas dusted. Good experience overall for the price. Would stay again

Only used room. No breakfast or bar used

We had a great experience here. Very clean and spacious. Staff were great. Fantastic location for us,close to all the entertainment areas etc.Breatfast was great with plenty of choice, and the bar was great for a last couple of drinks before bed !!

Room was ok. Shower very directional. Coffee wasn’t refreshed so 2nd day had to have decaf :(. Fire alarm seemed to malfunction in the early hours was instructed to leave immediately, then went off, then made noises intermittently each time I fell asleep. No explanation at checkout, at checkout, neither lift worked. Otherwise reasonable hotel, in good position in the centre of city.

Reception was very welcoming especially Shaun who was very helpful with a pleasant, professional manner. Very hard to come across these days. Would highly recommend a stay here, ver central to every amenity.

Great place to stay , for a great day in Liverpool....

I would never stay at aloft ever again for one reason. I had booked my husband and I to stay on Sunday, 3 May due to a football game we had booked. The date of the game got changed and I needed to change the date one day earlier to the Saturday. I completely understand that I had booked a non changeable non-refundable night but the staff refused to help us with this. Everywhere else we have booked assisted us & we’re absolutely amazing! I fully paid again to stay the Saturday night. I asked to check in one hour earlier ( considering I had fully paid for two nights and we’re only there one night) this was not able to be done for us. We finally checked in after 4 pm & got given somebody else’s room! When we walked in there was a suit open suitcase on the floor. We have stayed in so many other hotels where the staff have gone above and beyond to assist us and unfortunately this did not happen at aloft. It was very disappointing considering the amount of money we had spent.

Was plonked in a dark basment room with no view. Above underground rail and next to exit door. Continuous noise all night. Needless to say i will avoid staying here again.

Breakfast menu could be better, limited choice bacon, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs and beans. When I asked if there was any poached eggs the response was that is all there is. The self sliced bread was not replaced in a timely manner. The front of house staff were excellent which made up for the poor breakfast.

Breakfast team very friendly and efficient but food not the freshest. Good shower. Iron, ironing board and hair drier all available. Just very dated and getting tatty in areas

Convenient for a city centre stay

Room was on the basement floor with no natural lighting. The shower backed up and flooded. Shower wasn’t very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and hanging off the wall. For the cost, it was disappointing. The staff were very lovely.

Great location

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful Room - clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were good quality. Shower was brilliant with superb water pressure. Fridge in room too. Breakfast - buffet style with good selection of food. Location of hotel - few minute walk to Mathew street for lively bars with music. Drink prices in bars are cheaper in the day than at night. Small convenience shops nearby too Parking - NCP ca park fee minute walk away.

Me and my son stayed here for a city break. The staff were all lovely. Especially Steve in the front desk who interacted and kept remembering my son’s name. Room was clean and comfey. Hotel is in an easy walking distance spot for the train stations, museums and shopping.

Friendly, accommodating staff! Great 2 for 1cocktails during the happy hour. Would definitely return!

Great stay in central location, perfect to explore the city from. Excellent breakfast too. Would stay again
