Room clean

On arrival, the booking system went down resulting in a 1 hour wait in the foyer, to be allocated a room. The shower gel had not been replenished between guests, leaving an empty container and no shower gel for use. Disappointing stay overall, I would not recommend or stay again.

Friendly staff, clean and enjoyable room too. Would stay again. Recommend the afternoon tea in the bar upstairs too.

Nice room

Everything was perfect... the sound from the air vent took away my 5th star. It was really noisy, preventing me from sleeping. However because everything else was so perfect, I didnt want to complain, we was only there for one night.

Stunning hotel, the rooms are incredibly spacious and the staff are so friendly!

Clean room with plenty of space and nice toiletries! Pretty quiet too especially seeing as it is on a main road and there was a noisy party downstairs (which we couldn't hear on the 4th floor)

Great Room

Staff and location are excellent with great parking. The junior suite is just a long triangular shape normal room. Bed uncomfortable - could feel and hear the springs when moving. Bath was clean but looked very dirty due to deterioration of non slip coating. Black hairs on wall of shower (not ours). Not as good as I remember from previous visits - but one of the best options in hull if the price is reasonable.

Spotless, great water pressure in the shower. Very walkable

The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. They make you feel so special and welcome. The food was amazing from the breakfast to the Christmas lunch.

Lovely hotel and staff could not be more helpful Unfortunately when we arrived at our room it had not been cleaned or made up , the staff at The desk were quickly on it and moved us rooms and gave us complimentary drinks at the bar , on arriving at the second room there was a smelly pizza box under the bed but again the reception staff soon sorted it and again offered free drinks .. I would stop here again without a doubt the hotel is lovely and the staff great I think on this occasion we were very unlucky

Always good for a work event

Well situated hotel, staff great, room comfortable and stylish, small gym nice, breakfast excellent. Only issue is the car park which, while attached to the hotel you have to walk outside and its not a quick walk. With a torn tendon in my knee and a wet weekend it was soul destroying walking to and from the car park.
