Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome.

The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous.

This hotel continues to be excellent. The staff are attentive, the place is very clean and the restaurant could not be faulted.

Location was perfect, a short walk to everywhere we needed to go. Room was lovely and spacious with all the bits you’d need. Breakfast was delicious! See you again for our annual Badminton weekend 😁

The best thing about the Hyatt is the staff. Reception team - this time we were helped by Myla, Michelle and the always wonderful Jinelle. The room was clean. The restaurant staff led by Hossain are exemplary; a new recruit, Brooklyn, matches the high standards of his colleagues.

Booked for Le Petit Chef experience and we were not disappointed. Great classy hotel, very happy and will definitely return

Fabulous room, lovely hotel and excellent food

I booked this hotel primarily because it was advertised as family-friendly, with the pool being a major selling point. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that no one under their 20s was allowed to use the pool. This was extremely disappointing, especially as we paid full price and this restriction was not made clear at the time of booking. It would be far better if the hotel were bold and upfront about this policy, as it significantly impacts families travelling with children. That said, the location is perfect and the staff were friendly. The room itself was comfortable. However, the lack of clarity around the pool policy made the overall experience frustrating.

The room was clean and spacious. Canal view wasn’t great, it was more like a view of the corner of the canal, city view would have been better. Breakfast was the best part, wonderful service and a great selection. Didn’t get to use the pool area as my son is 8yr old. There was no information about age restrictions anywhere. Overall, it was a lovely stay

All staff were very friendly and polite, room was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities.

Room temp was far too hot and the thermostat made no change in temperature. Breakfast charger at £24 for buffet is far to expensive

Lovely welcome at check in, spacious, clean room with great view - and this is ideal for events at Symphony Hall, as the hotel has a private entrance to it!

Excellent hotel great service and spotless

Very impressed with the room, the cleanliness and the facilities. Check in personnel were very friendly and efficient. The bonus of the covered bridge from the hotel to Symphony Hall was very welcome as the weather was pretty awful.
