I liked the Hyatt. Everything was fine. Bedroom was comfortable and spacious, bathroom had bathttub and shower.
Dinner was available late at night at the pub, as well as through room service. Breakfast was excellent, hosted by my friendly waiter Vinay.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were okay but nothing special. The hotel is extremely outdated as are the facilities. This hotel needs a major refurbishment I would not stay here again. I had a massage during my stay which was terrible as the masseuse made not effort at all and did not bother to introduce themselves. Food are drinks are expensive - £8 for a lemonade for example. The menu also features a lot of Indian dishes which I found odd.

We booked a club room, the room was clean, but outdated and needed refurbishment. Other than that the hotel was conveniently located in the centre of town and well managed. The room had good views of the city/surrounding water ways. we had access to club lounge where they served dinner canopies, the food was delicious. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Highly recommended.

We were there overnight for a concert in the Symphony Hall which is accessible by an enclosed bridge making it very convenient. All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Take every possible precaution for food allergies.

This was a good stay however checking in being at 3 o’clock we arrived at 4:10 to be told that our room was not ready and that we would have to wait. it took us over half an hour to gain access to our room which we thought was poor however they did provide us with breakfast for free so good at the end.
