A friendly welcome from the check-in staff. The room was ready well before official check-in time. The lift that's been out of action for a while was repaired while we were in the building, with admirably little mess and disruption. The restaurant team were as friendly and helpful as always. We're looking forward to our next stay.

The Hyatt Regency Hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The staff is amazing, the food is spectacular, the cigar lounge is incredible. I can not recommend this hotel enough. Ashroo with room service made our stay so incredibly special and the security was top tier. I will stay at this hotel every single time I am in town. 10/10 recommend.
