Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were big and had everytging you needed. Had a nice view of birmingham. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast was really good

Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day every mother should get a chance to stay here just sorry I didn’t have time to swim didn’t want to spoil hairdo !!

We were given an Amazing room on the 21st floor, breakfast was excellent, spa area and pool very clean. It. Was my husband birthday and we were given a chocolate cake in the room .
