ibis budget Birmingham Centre

This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip.

Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.

No kettle in the room,has to go down the ground floor each time,

訂了3人房和2人房，3人房的空間比2人房小，2間房間洗手盤位置有嚴重渠臭，3人房上格床連床單也沒有舖，要自己動手舖床。 早餐只有muffins和牛角酥，咖啡奶茶，超簡單。 總體而言，不建議入住。

Le chauffage par ventilation n' a pas fonctionne pendant les 3 nuits que j' ai passees a cet hotel bien que j' aie signale ce probleme a l- accueil le premier jour. Ce n' etait pas agreable la nuit et le matin.

Not much in the local area but hotel is fine for a budget option

Good budget hotel. Clean and friendly. Staff helpful. Ten minute walk from the centre/train station.

The room was Very small and the beds were Very hard. No fasillities to make coffe or tea in the room.

There are shops nearby, however being budget no tea or coffee for room. I paid 71 for one night with only vending machine hot drinks. The remote control and heating didn't work, but no phone to reception you have to travel down

Cheap room and a convenient walkable location for the city centre. Ok for an overnight stay

Location great for what I wanted, thew O2 Academy but not much else around. 10+ min walk to find some shops and places to eat and about a 15-20 min walk from station. Next to a very busy road but for the price I paid it was absolutely fine. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room but I know the budget hotels don't provide these. Staff very friendly. Room size fine however the separate toilet is cosy, and I am only small. All in all a perfectly acceptable room and hotel if looking for somewhere on a budget.

I was happy

The room was cold and it just snowed during the night, so it got much colder n no sleep at all.

Conveniently located close to the Bull ring and the National Trust’s Back to Back. Also close to the gay village. Overall good stay, value for money.

Affordable Central & Friendly - I had an upgraded room but had everything I needed fur a one night stay
