Found a used chocolate paper on the floor under the bed, but otherwise felt clean. Was pleasently surprised to see that it was not just the lobby area that looked nice. You need a paid shuttle or taxi to the hotel from the airport, but it was only £12 for a cab for all 4 of us with tons of luggage.

Check-in was easy and our room was ready early which was perfect as we arrived early. Our room was clean, the restaurants were good. We had an issue with our shower not draining, issue was resolved quickly. You cannot walk to the airport from this hotel. Transportation has to be by shuttle, Uber or Taxi. Our departure was out of terminal 4, y or can see the airport from the hotel but terminal 4 was a 4 mile drive which took 25min.

This is a very busy hotel. The airconditioning in my room was not working during the recent heat wave. I let reception know and she said an engineer would have a look which did not happen during my stay. One has to pay GBP 5 to use the pool. I never needed to do this at any hotel. I was told breakfast was starting at 6.00. However when I was there the restaurant was busy and I was advised that it was available from 5.30. I only had 20 minutes and it was a rush. Taxi transfer to the airport is a minimum of GBP 10. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Beef Curry was disgusting, gristle in both our dishes and they was sent back. We was offered another which we had to top up the money too. smoking outside on the balcony is not controlled and you should have a designated area! so those who wish to sit outside can enjoy it without smokers puffing away. Its 2026 not the 1980. Then you add service charge onto everything when it is already very expensive. Really expected more from a radisson.
We wont be stopping in another.

This hotel is in a great location for all terminals at the airport! The self check in and out process helps if you are in a rush, the hotel has really good options for food/drink.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. The only negatives, would be that it is located far away from things to do.It is walking distance from the airport but no way to walk there, $30 Uber for a 5 min drive.

Parking was very limited so it was a gamble to find parking. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very yummy. The room was very clean, however it was showing wear and tear, the lights coming from the walls next to the beds, both looked like they had been hit and moved, one was coming out of the wall. Of the small bed lights only one worked. The bunk beds only have foam mattresses rather than real mattresses - grumpy kids equals bad day.

Very helpful staff, great size and tidy rooms. There was an issue with a drunken guest making a lot of noise and banging on doors in the hallway during the night. Security were able to resolve and a staff member agreed to give me free late checkout the next day to compensate.

The staff was not friendly…probably just a language barrior because they seemed very frustrated and stressed when trying to communicate…the room was old: toilet seat cover was broken and the shower was dirty and moldy in the cracks…the air con was not efficient. Don’t stay here if you are planning to take the Metro because it is a 30 min walk to Esplanade Station.
