伦敦休憩青年旅舍

可能因為給青年人住，價格也比較便宜房間空間小到行李沒地方可以全開著放，除非放床底下（就真的像學生宿舍一樣）……房間是雙層鐵床，床墊很薄又硬！睡覺時連翻身都會上下遙動互相影響！

非常好的飯店位置和工作人員都非常好

房間內沒有充電的地方 要出走廊 但還好充電時可認識朋友，廁所浴室男女共用，有時不太整潔且有異味，交通一般，黎elephant and castle站10-15分鐘路程，附近有兩間超市是不錯的。但是，對於這個價錢的hostel來講算是不錯了，作為男士，洗澡如廁還好，就是晚上睡得比較差，18人房。

交通方便，離地鐵站走路約10分鐘，也可搭公車，地鐵站旁超市很多，還有1磅商店，4人房內有小洗手台很方便、無個人置物櫃、房間簡單空間不大。 廁所與淋浴間整層共用各三間，廁所清潔待加強，髒亂時清潔人員看到不一定會清理。 無廚房可煮，熱水需跟吧台要才有、wifi只有一樓公共空間有，許多住宿學生，晚上11pm後仍在走廊奔跑、吵鬧、大聲嬉笑，若制止就會惡作劇。

洗衣烘乾要6磅，而且只有各一台... 住到一半熱水器壞掉...只有溫水

Room was very small. Check in was easy. About 30-min walk to near sightseeing spots. Price were great.

與地鐵站距離約十分鐘，附近有便利店及快餐店，位置算是方便。可能因為聖誕節關係，很多人入住，洗手間及沖涼格數有點不足，以及不夠乾淨。

除了住宿经济之外，不喜欢其他！没有厨房，房间热的像洗桑拿。

The room is small though space is still enough. No table or proper area put personal stuff in the room. Only wifi connection in common area and the speed of wifi is extremely low, having difficulties in sending email with the weak wifi.

Good bed. Toilets and showers can be better.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but it felt like only 2 stars. There is no free towel service. We received one towel and, when we asked to change it because it was dirty, we were told we had to pay £5. The customer service was awful, especially from one female staff member who was rude, disrespectful, and impolite. We also asked to leave our luggage at reception for a few hours, and they wanted to charge us for that as well, which felt very unreasonable. The hotel advertises breakfast available, but it is not included and must be paid separately, which is not clearly explained. Room cleaning was minimal, they only took out the trash. They advertise a game room, but there are no games, just a TV. There is no elevator, lots of stairs, and the view is unpleasant. The only positive point is the location. Honestly, the only nice thing in the entire hotel is the reception area. Other than that, the hotel does not match its description or rating, and I would not stay here again.

The room was so tiny for 6 people. The reception lady is so rude. She wanted to charge me to store my luggage.She didn't accept cash payment. I don't recommend this place even for short staying.

By far the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were larger than I expected, and the comforter was thick and warm. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful—particularly Adi. She went out of her way to ask how I was doing, and we had some lovely conversations. If I come back to London, I’ll probably return here.

It was very cool into the nights sometimes. Since one of the windows was open and could not be closed but besides that it was good

Cheap and good value - if you get it at the right price. We paid around £60 for a night, twin bunks ensuite. Acceptable for London - not too far from the centre. Beds really uncomfortable and noisy if you're a light sleeper
