从雅加达飞到希思罗机场，经过18个小时的飞行，抵达帕丁顿车站后，我偶然发现了这家酒店。推着一个32公斤的大行李箱让我疲惫不堪，打消了预订维多利亚车站附近青年旅舍的念头。酒店位置非常好，距离帕丁顿车站步行仅需5分钟。位于地下一层的B10房间非常宽敞，有4张床、一个浴缸和一个暖气机，一开始我以为是空调。因为第一晚在那里睡得很好，所以决定在接下来的5天里和几天后乘飞机的家人一起在那里住。对了，我有没有告诉过你，这家酒店是我90年代最喜欢的电影之一《猜火车1》的拍摄地。一定要去看看！

I can't say enough good things about the staff. We spent many days here and the staff was our favorite part of visiting London. Our family had some personal struggles during our stay and they were helpful, accommodating, and went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We spent a lot of time talking to them and getting to know them and loved their cheerful and happy smiles. A special thanks to Shaikh (if I got the spelling wrong - sorry friend).

What isn't made clear when booking is that there are several steps up to the main entrance, and no step free access. Staff are willing to assist with luggage. If access had been step free, l might have given it 5*s.

Tolle Lage, an sich war alles gut bis auf das wir ein Zimmer ganz oben hatten und es war sehr sehr sehr warm da drin den Fenster konnte man nur bisschen öffnen und es ist immer von sich aus wieder zugegangen. Es war zwar mit 2 Ventilatoren ausgestattet aber war sehr sehr warm im Zimmer. Sonst alles sehr gut Personal, Sauberkeit und Frühstück.

The breakfast was wonderful. I didn’t expect as much as we got based on them saying it was a continental breakfast. It was lovely to eat there.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e metrô, dispensando uso de carro, o que é ótimo em Londres. Mas, as instalações do hotel (exceto a Recepção e Bar), são muito ruins. Os quartos são verdadeiros cubículos, sem ar condicionado e alguns sem janela inclusive. A circulação dentro deles é difícil e não há espaço para malas. O “guarda roupas” é um minúsculo armário com menos de 40 cm de largura. Péssimo!!

This hotel is very close to the Paddington station which makes moving around easy. The rooms are not sound proof and can therefore doors can be heard as well as merely the guest above you walking. The room I had , the window lock was broken so it could not close. Assurance was given by the front desk it is safe. Front desk staff were very helpful. There is no air conditioning so thankfully the nights were cool.
