I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that others should be aware. On arrival, the check-in staff member was friendly and welcoming, which initially gave us some confidence. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The room itself was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard — surfaces felt neglected and the overall condition was far below what you would reasonably expect. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with a persistent sewage smell that made it unpleasant to use. On top of that, the hallway outside had a noticeable smell of marijuana, which only added to the sense that the property was not being properly managed. When we raised these issues and asked to change rooms, communication effectively stopped. What began as a responsive front desk experience quickly turned into being ignored, with no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to leave early and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Basic cleanliness, responsive service, and a safe, comfortable environment are not unreasonable expectations — and unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three.

Ideally placed for what we needed (nearby to Empire Shepherd's Bush - we were going to a gig) we actually booked with the Sapphire but ended up staying in their sister hotel the Pearl which is a couple of doors down

Very friendly staff,very clean and great location.

I booked sapphire but was redirected to pearl for check in, I was then given accommodation in the pearl hotel which was a few doors down. The pearl hotel wasn’t clean but the gentleman that served me was very welcoming. I’ve stayed in the sapphire hotel before which was clean, so lesson learned - insist on staying where you booked.

Hotel on Prime location in Hammersmith near to Westfield London, underground station and bus station. Affordable option. Satisfied with our one night stay as a family of 3.

Bed was suppose to be a double but definitely wasn’t was at best a big single. Staff very friendly and helpful would recommend this place great location

Needed more mirrors in rooms but it was very convenient

Did what it says on the website. Clean, provided good bed, hot water and not expensive. Great Job!

Clean, warm room. Check in and out was easy, with a courteous staff member. Would sesy again, good value for the price we paid.
