Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back!

Customer care sadly lacking. In the room only hot water came out of the cold tap couldn't make a drink. I was asked to move rooms so they could fix it. I went down to reception and back up to a new room but the key hadn't been programmed so back to reception again and back to the new room. No apology, no acknowledgment of the error and inconvenience. The new room was tiny. I would expect at least the same grade of room if not an upgrade when being moved. Then I found that the new room also has no cold water only hot. I was too tired and now behind in my work to complain, so I stuck it out. I am very concerned that there is a very real risk of Legionella at this hotel. No coffee except Decaff and only enough milk for two cups, why so stingy?

Another great stay here, main thing I like about this hotel is the staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is also pretty decent and rooms are a fair size.

Excellent break in this wonderful hotel. Staff were very attentive. Spent a lovely couple of hours in the bar, James was excellent ensuring we were looked after. All in all a great stay.

One of our Bristol favourites. Super staff all round. Bed Room one of the best in Bristol, bathroom sadly cramped. Ask for a high floor overlooking the harbour.

Room was spotless, well provisioned with drinks and biscuits. Good quality bathroom products. Bathroom was very bijou! Only thing that was a little disappointing but everything else was superb. Staff were so helpful and friendly- lovely choices on bar food

Staff were really fantastic from the moment we walked in to leaving. It was my daughter’s birthday and they really made a fuss of her. The rooms were immaculate and the extras of water, shower products and dressing gowns were great .

Staff were brilliant, welcomes drinks, rooms and breakfast were so good.
