Lovely greeting at reception. Great room just off of reception. Spacious and very clean.
Loved the bar and lounges, very comfortable. Enjoyed the cocktails.
Breakfast was included, continental if you wanted and a choice of cooked breakfast.
Would definitely recommend and will stay again

The room was absolutely stunning and the actual hotel is itself it lovely! What an amazing old building!
That being said the staff although attentive & doing their job could have a little bit more of a friendly approach, no one was rude or anything like that, but also being greeted without so much as a smile is a bit bizarre.
Would definitely stay again & recommend!

Second stay here at the Falstaff in Canterbury, my favourite hotel in town, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff, and the free cheese and biscuits during happy hour can't be understated. Also you can tell a lot of a place in what they think of their customers by the quality of the bathrooms and the soap they use, The Falstaff exceeds all expectations, thanks for another wonder stay.

Excellent little quirky hotel I would give it 5 stars for comfort, cleanliness and friendliness. Breakfast is super. Staff are most accommodating. My favourite hotel in Canterbury. I have stayed many times and it has always been an excellent experience. A huge thank you to all the staff ❤️

The room was very warm and comfortable with tea, coffe, bottled water and biscuits. Check in was seemless. Beautiful bar area with cocktail happy hour 6 to 7pm and free cheese and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent eith friendly attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊
