A lovely place to stay in a perfect location in the city. The bar staff are among the best we have come across, they are super friendly, expertly creating cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff are brilliant and very friendly.

Cooked breakfast wasn’t as good as previous times. We have stayed normally cooked fresh but not this time. As breakfast came out two minutes after we had ordered it

Had a lovely stay whilst visiting the Christmas Market. Hotel was lovely and the bar staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plenty and freshly cooked. On the day we were due to depart we noticed a plaque of ants around the socket area and in the bed, we did report this to reception when checking out, only to find out the couple in the room next door also had ants. We all left there feeling very itchy.

We stayed in room 12 which has a bath in the bedroom. Still not sure this is really a desirable option but it was interesting. The place is great, well-situated and friendly. No restaurant other than for breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby. We were woken at 6 on both mornings by noises (running water one time, something like a boiler firing up on the other occasion) but this is a fairly minor quibble.

room was clean, staff at the bar were lovely, staff at breakfast ladies were lovely, one guy a bit miserable. it was occasionaly a bit noisy, dont know when people were using the shower or toilet, or just when heating or something came on. We did enjoy our stay, and might be back one day.
