Easy transport to Terminal 5 if for morning flight short staying is very good and provided breakfast.

This hotel has only two floors Ground floor and 1st floor, no elevator Next to the hotel there is a bus to T5 Comfortable room, bottled water provided Shampoo and showers are provided in the bathroom Wardrobe with safe and extra towels and bath towels There is a hair dryer in the cabinet Double bed room style is two single beds together and then covered with a double mattress, a single person can sleep in the middle

Close to airport, staff most accommodating, excellent restaurant

Convenient for Terminal 5 with bus stop nearby that takes only minutes to the terminal. Clean if dated room with friendly staff.

My partner and I arrived to the hotel relatively late in the evening. The room we were originally assigned smelled very strongly of mold, but we assumed that is what the whole place must smell like. While getting ready for bed I stepped into a wet spot on the carpet that fully soaked my socks. We ended up reaching out to the front desk for a new room which was cleaner. Overall the hotel is very old, the walls are thin, and both of the rooms we stayed in were a trek from the entrance. We won’t be staying here again.

Check in took 35 mins my room was in terrible condition flacking paint in bathroom human hair in bath shower and sink If you want to get a taxi or u er to the airport they have a new parking system took my uber 25 mins to get and the old system gave them 15 mins grace to pick up and get out , very stressful and a shambles avoid avoid avoid

Very convenient for use of the Heathrow Shuttle

All good and would stay again.

Good breakfast

Hotel was clean and perfect location for airport. Room was basic but has coffee and tea. Checkin was quick and fairly easy. The only downside was that the room had a slight musty smell and was on the ground floor.

Rooms was clean and well appointed, staff very professional and helpful. Convenient parking and access to T5 via gate to Pod service to T5. Bad has outside tables to view runway.

Honestly, the best thing about this place is riding the Terminal 5 Heathrow Pods. Everything's very impersonal, staff are nice enough, but I felt like I had to work hard for them to notice I was even there. Everything's "Self Service". The hotel is . . . OK. Tried to eat at the restaurant, after I'd sat there & been basically ignored by the staff for 20 minutes, I got up and went to the convenience store in the lobby. (also a "self service" checkout) More about the driverless Pods: they're really cool, but if passengers are forced to share a Pod (due to demand during peak times, or because only one bay is functional, for example) the eight pound fare starts feeling like a rip-off

Very clean, staff helpful when arranging the pod to the airport, a great stay :-)

It was basic but comfortable

If flying from Terminal 5 this is a great location. 3 min walk to the Pods which take you straight there !

Michelle on reception went out of her way to assist us. Great staff and facilities.
