Very convenient if you take the heathrow pod to the hotel from terminal 5. The facility is older but very clean and the restaurant/bar is very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean bathroom. I didn't have the breakfast but nice that they offered it. Price was very reasonable and very friendly staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered throughout my stay was friendly, professional, and eager to help.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The only thing that I regretted, there was not a hairdryer in the room.

This hotel has only two floors Ground floor and 1st floor, no elevator
Next to the hotel there is a bus to T5
Comfortable room, bottled water provided
Shampoo and showers are provided in the bathroom
Wardrobe with safe and extra towels and bath towels
There is a hair dryer in the cabinet
Double bed room style is two single beds together and then covered with a double mattress, a single person can sleep in the middle

Pre flight stay in hotel close to T5, hotel a bit dated but price is still good and reflects age of property. Nice bar and restaurant with good selection of food. Definitely stay again

Convenient location. Easy transfer to / from airport T5 using the Heathrow Pod (small cost to pay).
Hotel itself is a bit dated and can do with a refurbishment.
No lift, so have to negotiate steps (2-3) to get from reception to ground floor. If you are on the first floor, in addition you need to negotiate a flight of stairs (12 + steps).
Reception staff - ok overall. Not my first visit. Some are attentive and really prompt with service. Other instances, seem to be less so.

We arrived late and needed a place to stay overnight in Heathrow since we had a connecting flight the next morning and staying in the secured area of the terminal is no longer an option. We were able to use the POD automated shuttle to get to the hotel quickly. The room was good and priced very reasonably and the staff wete helpful.

The hotel is outdated but location is great if you need easy access to Heathrow Airport. A local bus stops right outside the hotel. The food in hotel dining room is fine since there are not many choices nearby within walking distance.

Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff.
