Ciel-Luxe 酒店

La primera noche me hospedaron en una habitación sin A/C, sin caja de seguridad y sin blower de pelo. A solicitud me cambiaron al próximo día. El staff super atento y el restaurante del hotel es bueno.

The grounds are super nice, and the atmosphere is mostly friendly. The room was clean and everything worked fine. We had two issues that left a bad taste in my mouth though. 1. We were provided about a half of a roll of toilet paper for three people, and we ran out after 10 p.m. when NO ONE on staff could be found. There was not a soul in sight. We ended up having to take some from the public restroom in the lobby area. This was beyond embarrassing and so inappropriate for us as guests to have to deal with. There was never an acknowledgement, let alone apology, about this either. 2. The breakfast included is nice -- you get three options to choose from -- but be aware that they charge extra for fruit juice. This is not mentioned in any way, shape or form; the juice was offered during breakfast (we did not ask) and it seemed to all three of us that it was included, until we got the bill at check-out. It was cheap but that almost made it worse as it seemed so silly to nickel-and-dime us like that.

Muy lindo el hotel, habitaciones cómodas, limpias y silenciosas (nos hospedamos en una habitación cuádruple). Rico desayuno. Personal muy amable. Ubicación ideal a menos de una cuadra del parque central. Recomendado!

The location of this hotel is why we picked it. Half a block from central park and easy walking distance to most Antigua sites we wanted to visit. They property has a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. The wifi worked well and we always had ample hot water. The breakfast was just OK but to be fair we had very excellent local breakfast at 2 prior places we stayed in GT so I am using that as comparison. The hotel has alot of old historic character which was beautiful and they kept everything very clean. Our room did not have air conditioning and were visiting during very hot days. They offered us to change rooms but we like our room bed size and location so we declined. They provided us a fan and that kept the room comfortable for sleeping. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Antigua.

I selected Ciel Luxe in Antigua Guatemala for the proximity to Parque Central, only have block away, I'm really happy I did. The staff were genuinely caring and helpful throughout the entire hotel—special thanks to Idalia, Kenya, and Alfonso for their outstanding service. They arranged all my tours, the volcano excursion, and airport transfer with full transparency, fair pricing, and clear expectations. The rooms are spacious, really clean; I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor gardens, and spaces to sit and relax, the onsite restaurant, Notas, is also really good. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel súper céntrico, tiene parqueo a 4 cuadras (pero ellos te llevan y traen tu carro), buen desayuno y en general es muy bonito.

El hotel es muy lindo y con excelente ubicación ,el desayuno es sencillo pero muy bueno y además está la opción de pedir a la carta que es excelente, pero lo mejor fue la atención, todos muy amables y siempre con disposición a ayudar,, lo unico a mejorar es que la habitaciones no cuentan con aire, sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo

Beautiful, clean, great location

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s small, beautiful, clean, and incredibly calm and quiet. The hotel has a stunning garden filled with flowers, and the rooftop offers amazing views of the volcano. At night, the vibe is relaxed and enjoyable, with live music that makes it feel extra special. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful—they truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were, helping us schedule taxis and holding our luggage on the last day after checkout while we waited for our flight. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place, while still being just a 2-minute walk from the central plaza.

At first we were disappointed by no air condition, the next day we realized because the nights were cooler, that was the reason i assume there was no air condition. The staff was very friendly, helpful, they immediately tried to help if there was an issue. The hotel was very central to every where. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Room was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Has a beautiful courtyard for relaxing. Close to everything. Just a fyi rooms do not have air conditioning and they come with a very small fan. My room was. Very warm. They brought another fan but it wouldnt work. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
