Very bad experience stay in vale in niesko , very disappointed! Not recommend

因應武漢肺炎，從旅遊警戒第二級到北海道被列為橘色警示，最後飛機停飛及日本被列為第三級旅遊警戒，一路以來寫信給飯店客服溝通，雖有回覆但都不退讓取消政策，堅持全額收取費用，對於這種全球特殊的危機也不知變通與體諒，連續兩年被列為最佳滑雪飯店卻這麼罔顧顧客健康安全，說是以顧客為優先說穿了也是營利為第一優先，即使再舒適再高級也拒絕去消費！

hotel is nice, staffs are nice, ski rental is at the hotel, free shuttle to Hanazono is stopping at the front of hotel. everything is so convenience. only one thing has to improve is the wifi ---- soooooo weak that I cant upload or download any videos.

因為武漢肺炎，北海道疫情嚴重！我長榮飛機也因為疫情嚴重而被取消。多次和旅館溝通，但是旅館竟然回覆說北海道很安全適合旅遊？！因為這樣所以無法退費！這樣無情無理的解釋本人無法接受！態度實在惡劣！說飛機雖然被取消可以改做其他航班？！這根本是請辭奪理！千萬不要再住這個集團下面的旅館了。我同行朋友原本要入住的其他旅館都可以全額退費！這家旅館實在是太惡劣！

型格酒店，溫泉很有風味，酒店環境保養得非常好。如果暖水泳池可以大一點，泊車位置可以再接近一些酒店或可以泊入地庫，那就完美。

Very helpful staffs Nice experience

First of all, I have pre-arranged the airport pickup services upon my arrival however the driver did not show up and I called the concierge and apparently they missed my confirmation email. Secondly, I called and requested pickup services from JR Kutchan station at 6pm and again no one showed up so I called and asked and they said the driver was stuck in traffic. I waited till 6:20pm and still no one showed up and I decided to take taxi back to the hotel as I was really sick from food poisoning and I found no traffic on the way back. Vale called me back and said I made the appointment with them at 6:30pm not 6..... I told them to check if there's any voice recorder as I was pretty sure I asked for pickup time at 6pm since my train arrived at 6pm. Last but not least, we requested airport transfer on our departure day and the trasnfer was late for 30 mins again. I am not quite sure what more I could complain but I am sure I would never ever book Vale again.

Ski in and Ski out 的酒店就是个方便，加上临近繁忙的十字路口，到哪里都可步行。酒店的设计比较温馨，有质感。服务人员亲切有理，尤其一位来自台湾的接待叫Rosa，有她的细心热诚的服务让我们所有人都很备受照顾，整体体验超级棒！

Good Location ! Ski in ski out ! Comfort !

First time in Niseko, but this hotel seems to check all the boxes. Essentially ski in ski out, the onsen was our favourite of the trip, all staff were lovely.

The staff were excellent. The room was fantastic. I think our hot tub but a bit dirty but other than that we loved it. Huge room, ski n ski out, incredibly help staff. The onsite restaurant food was terrible but the hotel itself was great.

The property is about 50 yards from the ski lift. The room is spacious and well appointed. We had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as flatware. The Onsen is smaller but nice and comfortable / relaxing.

The hotel itself is very nice—clean, spacious rooms with all the amenities you’d expect, including kimonos for the onsen. There’s a good restaurant, a ski rental shop, and the location is ideal as a true ski-in, ski-out hotel. However, I’m giving a low score due to the poor arrival experience. Before our trip, the guest experience team offered to help arrange rentals, transfers, and lift passes. After booking the airport transfer through them, they mentioned a complimentary shuttle from the drop-off point (5 minutes from the hotel). At the airport, we were early enough to catch an earlier transfer, but despite the bus being half empty, we were denied boarding. By the time another staff member offered to help, the bus had already left. Once we got to Hirafu, there was no hotel shuttle waiting for us as promised. We immediately emailed the guest experience employee who had arranged everything but never received a response. Without a Japanese SIM card and no WhatsApp contact, we were stuck outside in the snow with our luggage getting soaked until another hotel from the same group called on our behalf. Eventually, the shuttle arrived. On departure, the airport transfer also ran late, and we nearly missed our flight. We later found out there were more convenient transfer options, but the hotel likely promoted their affiliated company instead. Overall, the hotel is good, but service felt more like a push for their group’s packages rather than what was best for us.

View from the room and the distance to skii lift is fantastic. Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. Many bugs in the room, most of it dead, looks like house keeping didn't see underneath the sofa chairs. I stayed for 10 days, they only cleaned the room every 2 days, 1st and 3rd day they replenish the amenities for the facial lotion that comes in a small bag, after that, seems like they don't keep up the standard to replenish anymore. Concierge doesn't seems professional enough to know their maps well, each time I ask for nearby food, no particular brand, maybe just ask nearest ramen store, they have to take 20-30mins to see the map to give an answer.. dryer in unit is a very old model and old brand, you can smell the burnt smell on your hair after using it, for a 5 star hotel, I would really expected more on the standard. Feeling from this hotel.. everything is a no, there's no leeway, should be more accommodating and more open to customers to provide a better service and happy customers so that they will come back again in future.

Modern comfort with convenience. Great location and easily accessible to many shops and restaurants.

This hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are generous and suite had a small though useable kitchenette. Staff were most helpful. My partner had a ski accident and staff were exceptional in accommodating her requests for transport to hospital, crutches etc. we are most grateful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
