Very tiny rooms NO amenities except body soap. Wanted to charge for slippers that were onetime use only and would not give a receipt upon request. Breakfast was good and staff was fine. Above information should be provided to guests

—Rien pour poser sa valise,j’ai dû poser ma valise sur le lit et dormir avec —Pas de petite serviette —Coffre à ras du sol petit détail —Haut tabouret pliable non confortable et petite table basse merci pour le dos — pas encore commencé mon petit déjeuné qu’ils vous présente déjà l’addition et du payer mon petit déjeuner a chaque fois que je m’en aille sans payer — Télé horizontale au au lit et à l’extrémité du lit donc difficile pour celui qui veut la regardée —chambre au deuxième étage très brillant du matin au soir école et terrain de foot —Petit déjeuner sans plus pour un 3,5 étoile —impossible de réserver la chambre avec petit déjeuné donc vous payez plein pot les petits déjeuners donc la chambre avec deux petits déjeunés coûtent plus chère qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles mieux situé et avec piscine Hôtel idéal pour une à deux nuits mais pas pour un séjour d’une semaine —

Das Hotel ist ein paar Meter abseits vom Trubel in den Westlands. Daher angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich auch immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Rooftop-Bar ist ein Highlight. Alles in allem ein idealer Ort um Nairobi zu erkunden.

Tiny rooms, but very clean, modern and hygienic (only hotel in Kenya where there was no mold in the bathroom). Good location, very safe, and excellent breakfast. Very good value for money.

Poor customer service from front desk, misleading ad, and room was very small for such a big hotel. And I have to walk all the way across the other side of the building just to iron my clothes.
