Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos em um dos hotéis da rede Palace, a primeira foi no Beach Palace em Cancún e agora no Playacar, e a experiência foi praticamente a mesma, o hotel é excelente, com funcionários muito simpáticos e o atendimento e limpeza do hotel impecáveis. O único ruim na estadia foi o cheiro do sargaço que vinha da praia, mas que todos os dias era limpo pela equipe do hotel, porém não estragou em nada nossas férias. A comida e a bebida são um deleite, tudo muito bem servido e preparado, o restaurante Madremía e o Trattoria são os melhores dos restaurantes especializados, fomos surpreendidos pela comida e pelos restaurantes em si, e para reservar sempre foi muito tranquilo pelo aplicativo. Sugiro reservar 1 dia antes para garantir o melhor horário para você. Fora isso o Coffee House oferece cafés, bebidas quentes e doces durante todo dia, é tudo muito bem preparado, além de crepes e macarons. A piscina é muito boa, apesar de não ser muito grande, mas atende bem a quantidade de hospedes do hotel. Passamos 7 noites de férias no Playacar e foram dias incríveis, eu, minha esposa e meus filhos adoramos tudo.

It’s a good hotel pool is very small. The people in the restaurant and the staff are super nice but the front desk people try to sell you stuff when asking for simple questions.

cuidan mucho los detalles , el personal es muy amable, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, los servicios del hotel funcionan muy bien , los restaurantes , los bares y la calidad de la comida y bebidas son excelentes, los camastros en la piscina son muy cómodos ,las almohadas , sábanas y camas muy cómodas excelentes, todo está muy limpio, bien ordenado y cuidan que no haya desperdicio, la playa en esta temporada cuenta con presencia de sargazo eso es un tema de la temporada y hay que reconocer al hotel que están limpiando la playa constantemente a fin de combatir los efectos de estas plantas, esta situación no entorpece la buena atención y servicio que brindan todos sus empleados, en la zona de piscina se organizan buenos juegos y hay un jacuzzi dentro de la misma piscina con otra temperatura muy agradable , se puede disfrutar muy bien esa zona con buena vista del mar, nos hicieron sentir muy bien en todo momento, descansamos y disfrutamos .

I had a very disappointing experience at Playacar Palace and would never stay here again. The biggest issue was the terrible customer service. The hotel had extremely low water pressure throughout our stay, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink properly. On top of that, there was a horrible odor coming from the seaweed along the beach. The smell was overwhelming, and the beach was completely closed, which defeated one of the main reasons we chose this resort. Because the hotel had very low occupancy, the food selection was also very limited. There was very little variety compared to what you would expect from a resort at this price point. When I decided to check out early because of these issues, the hotel refused to provide any refund. Instead, they offered to transfer us to another one of their properties—but only if we paid an additional charge. They wouldn’t even cover the taxi between their own hotels. To make matters worse, they told us the taxi would cost only $95, but the actual fare was $130. The impression I was left with is that once they have your money, they have very little interest in taking care of their guests or making things right. Instead of acknowledging the problems and trying to resolve them fairly, they simply shifted the cost and inconvenience onto us. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. There are many better options in Playa del Carmen that value their guests and provide the level of service you would expect.

Great experience at Playacar Palace. Staff very friendly and respectful. Always with a smile to welcome everyone. For the names I can recall... Argenis, and Juliana at the pool service and Antonio at their restaurants. Angenis and Antonio specially were very informative. Argenis was helping us with drinks at the pool area and he was able to make a drink exactly as I wanted. they go the extra mile to make sure the client has the best experience. I would definitely go back or even try other properties by the same chain.. It was a great experience.

Everything is very good and nice stuff

Equipe excelente, atendimento diferenciado. Padrão Palace, comida e instalações. Único ponto que deixou a desejar eh que a partir de Júlio de 2026 não deixaram mais passar o dia no Cozumel Palace, já tinha planejado passar o dia lá e fui surpreendido com esta mudança repentina.

Achei a experiência muito boa , mas não consegui ficar no Playacar por causa das algas que estavam por lá ; daí nos trocaram pro Moon Palace ( um hotel com muitos atrativos a mais , porém com pequenos problemas ) mas , o mais chato foi que a viagem acabou mudando em tudo por causa da localização . Estávamos com crianças e gostaríamos de ter ficado mais próximo dos parques .

This is a great resort! The restaurants are amazing. You can walk right off property to the beach and downtown. Take the ferry to Cozumel and use the resort there. The snorkeling at the Cozumel Palace is great. We brought our kids and they loved it.

The food was incredible, especially for all inclusive. The pool was amazing! The only issue was the "time share" type people. They were a little pushy. Rooms were very clean and restocked often! Staff was amazing!!

Magnifique hôtel, service et nourriture au top! Juste un petit bémol sur la taille du lit double: 120 de large n'est pas pour moi un lit pouvant accueillir correctement 2 personnes. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour!

Best place ever

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, la comida, las bebidas, jugos hechos al momento con frutas y verduras frescas. El servicio excelente Ruth y otras chicas mantenian el cuarto limpio y atentas a lo que necesitabamos, todos los días rellenan el bar y los snacks de las habitaciones., los meseros Brian y Manuel bartender nos dieron un excelente servicio , no recuerdo el nombre de los demás., y en el entretenimiento Eric se ganó nuestras risas de verdad que es muy bueno.

I absolutely loved my stay at Playacar Palace. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a warm towel and a refreshing glass of juice, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing experience. The staff takes care of your luggage and delivers it right to your room, making check-in effortless. The hotel itself is stunning, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. My room was beautiful, and the view was just amazing—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The food was excellent, and having access to unlimited drinks truly felt like the cherry on top. If you’re traveling with kids, the playroom staff does a fantastic job keeping them entertained, giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy some time to themselves. I was genuinely blown away by the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!
