Amsterdam Centraal Station希尔顿逸林酒店

It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Staff very helpful and friendly, although front desk and reception area quite small and can get very busy. Shower water quite weak.

整體尚佳，飯店外景致不錯，離車站步行算近。不過，房間偏小，且衛浴設備設計不佳，乾溼分離的門無法密合，洗個澡弄得整間溼答答的。不知道是不是希爾頓的副品牌，感覺不出有希爾頓的水準。

Check-in yaptım ve odaya girdim whatsapp’tan bir bildirim geldi. Otel ilgili, bir mesaj göndermişler konaklama ile ilgili, oda nasıl? Beğendin mi? Bir ihtiyacın var mı tarzında. Ben de mesaja karşılık olarak iki aytı yataklı oda yerine tek oda tercih edebileceğimi söyledim ama yanıtsız bırakıldım. Üstelik bir sonra gün mesajım dikkat alınmadan konuyla alakasız başka bir mesaj daha gönderdiler. Bu otele kalmamın iki sebebi olabilir. Şehir merkezine yakınlığı ve rooftop

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The staff were more than helpful with early check in and minding our luggage too. Comfortable bedding. Only downfall was limited shower pressure but found most places that around Europe

Staff on reception were great and the room was clean and very comfortable. Food wasn’t great in the restaurant or room service and waiting staff were rude and unhelpful in both the rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant. Overall- great to stay but eat elsewhere 😊

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Location is very central and convenient access to many local amenities.

Ich war bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und bin davon total überzeugt. Wahnsinnig freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, super zentrale Lage für einen Business- oder Städtetrip, Bar und Restaurant mit großer Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl sowie sehr geräumige und ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

The reception staff were excellent and the room was great. We did not have breakfast, but room service food and the restaurant food and service was poor.

Will be staying here again!

Our stay was good. The hotel was nice and clean and so was our room. The stay was only for a night since our flight was cancelled. The only things that we didn’t like was the fact that the shower wasn’t working. There was no pressure at all, we had to call maintenance to fix and it still wasn’t working after. Also the room service was absolutely terrible and way too expensive. I got a small pizza and my partner got a spaghetti which tasted like microwaved food. For the taste and the waiting time to get the food (which was 40 mins) it was not worth it. Other than that our stay was good.

La chambre était super très propre et assez grande. Le ménage était toujours impeccable chaque jour seul petit problème le wi-fi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien, mais tout le reste était parfait.
