Hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the room being cold. We found out we were supposed to have 2 keys. One was to stay in the slot to keep lights and heat in. The other was to take with us. Once we let the front desk know we were do cold, we were told the above and got another key

Awesome location between Foodhallen and museum district. Modern decor and facilities as well. Lots of food options nearby.

Breakfast was excellent bit pricey at £17 each but nice produce lots of choice

Vi havde bestilt et værelse med en dobbeltseng. Det var lidt småt værelset, men virkelig romantiske og cozy indretning. Servicen var god.

The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was above average. The room itself is not made for more than two people. That is where the hotel fell short. Just plan on tow rooms if you have more than two guest. We thought we were to get a pullout sofa but they just crammed a rollaway next to the bed.

This hotel was situated in an ideal location for our vacation to Amsterdam. It was so close to the museums and in walking distance of other attractions and restaurants. A special favorite amenity of the hotel was that our TV had shareplay so we were able to stream TV shows at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and we truly enjoyed the area. It was away from a lot of the tourists and was so quiet. Our suite was super roomy! Definitely our best hotel and room on our trip.

Clean rooms. Great location.

O hotel tem uma boa localização perto de um ponto de tram que leva direto à Estação Central. A minha principal queixa é com relação ao café da manhã. Às 9.30h já não havia diversos itens disponíveis na parte de alimentos, talheres limpos, pães e bowls para granola e cereais. No momento mais cheio do café da manhã faltaram uma série de itens essenciais em 2 dos 3 dias que estivemos hospedados. É de se destacar que as funcionárias pareciam não ter culpa, tinham até boa vontade, mas estavam perdidas, sem uma liderança. Penso que é um problema gerencial do hotel. A menina da recepção teve que se deslocar para ajudar na cozinha. Inadmissível para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas em uma cidade grande. O quarto não apresentava uma limpeza a 100%, apesar de haver manutenção todos os dias. O mobiliário do quarto carece também de uma atualização (modernização). Minha expectativa era de um hotel nota 10, logo de início baixei para 8 e ao sair tive a certeza de que a minha nota para este hotel não passa de 6.

The staff is polite and helpful but the positives stop there. Hotel property is old and is in dire need for maintenance. Rooms looked clean superficially, but... the bathroom had a very strong smell of terrible cheap cleaner. The floor was not clean at all. We spilled a bit of water on the floor and wiped it with a towel, which turned brown! The ‘double’ bed was not big enough. The mattress was springy and awful. The breakfast is just ok. I do not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location.

Shower didn’t drain well. No lotion provided. Curtains didn’t block light out well because they couldn’t be completely closed. But great location helpful staff and overall comfortable.

El hotel está bien en líneas generales. La primera noche se tapó el desagüe de la ducha y luego anduvo bien. Pero ese noche se inundó el baño. El desayuno está bien. Hay variedad. Pero no hay muchas mesas para más de dos personas y hay que esperar. Además entiendo que falta personal reponiendo, organizando y limpiando las mesas. De las tres veces que me hospedé en Amsterdam este fue el mejor pero también el más caro de todos.

Vi hade rummet på bottenplan så det blev smidigt med många resväskor vi hade med oss. Trots att hotellet ligger i stan bredvid en väg och spårvagn så är ljudisolering bra och vi blev inte störda av trafiken utanför.
