Abbiamo pagato per una camera superior e ci hanno dato una camera di categoria inferiore… e non ci hanno dato nessun rimborso …. Abbiamo avuto una finestra in camera rotta per 3 giorni , e si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni … frigobar non presente ( avevamo comprato del cibo da portare a casa , e alla fine abbiamo dovuto buttare tutto perché non c’era il frigo) Dalla camera ogni giorno provavamo più volte al giorno ( in totale circa 8 volte) di contattare telefonicamente la reception per problemi e non rispondevano mai…. Peggior hotel di sempre …. Se potessi darei 0 stelle … personale inesistente

We loved the hotel. It was right by all of the museums and close to the bus and tram stations. Also walking distance to the center. About 20 min walking to all attractions. Would pick again if I want an affordable hotel.

It was a bit noisy as the room was facing the busy shopping street but the location was the best to museums, concert hall, shopping, restaurants.

Unbeatable location; plenty of places for breakfast , lunch and dinner around; we do not use the cafe downstairs;note for summer travelers- no AC in the room

Very accessible location, can walk to a lot of museums, resto, grocery, canal cruise right there and shopping!

Clean and tidy Unfortunately bed was uncomfortable second mattress kept slipping off.

Antes de chegarmos, vimos uns comentários (muitos) sobre percevejos nas camas e como já havíamos reservado, ficamos na expectativa de estar tudo certo. E de fato estava tudo certo. A cama estava aparentemente nova, bem acolchoada, o edredom confortável. O quarto em si era muito pequeno, mas já era de se esperar. O chuveiro tem uma ótima pressão e tinham kits de banho, de costura, shampoo, etc... O prédio possui elevador, fica em uma ótima localização. Enfim, foi bem proveitosa e faço essa avaliação para poder ajudar os outros viajantes.

Conveniently located near the Rijke Museum, the staff were helpful and the hotel had a lovely breakfast nook as well as a shared space where we could host friends who were staying at other hotels.

Room was comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job. Desk staff worked to figure alternate travel to airport around King day street celebrations. Bathroom exhaust fan was on last leg and very noisy. Needs to be replaced.

Good location to many museums and shopping/restaurants

Night Attendant was amazing! Thank you! Though there was a lot construction outside that woke us up early in the morning.

Breakfast was modest and over priced.

Our shower smelled heavy of mold, overall okay. You get what you pay for.
