I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London.

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

Ibis had the most welcoming staff throughput our entire stay. Extremely friendly and helpful. There was someone available 24 hours a day for assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Ibis to friends and family!

When I first entered the room, the towels were dirty, and there were a couple stains on the bedsheets. It was clear that the cleaning staff did a lazy job preparing the room, which was disappointing. The hotel location was good, and the front desk staff were nice.

The staff initially assigned us a room, but when I went upstairs, it did not have the view I had seen online when I selected the hotel. I went back downstairs and was kindly assisted by Mr. Raoul. I explained my concern, as I had chosen and booked the hotel specifically for its canal view. Mr. Raoul was extremely helpful and graciously changed my room, assuring me that I would love the new one he assigned and he was absolutely right. However, It would have been nice if the hotel had a gym.

Ottima posizione raggiungibile con tram e metro. Albergo moderno ed efficiente. Personale molto gentile Unica nota dolente la pulizia della camera. In sei giorni hanno pulito la camera solo due volte. Hanno orari incompatibili con i tempi dei turisti. Una volta sono arrivati alle 19.00 aprendo la porta senza avvertire. Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt , Bad Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen keine Klobürste . Frühstück ok aber nicht mehr . Zimmer sehr hellhörigLage sehr gut.

Noisy room on the road side so moved to quieter side. Sound insulation inadequate. Hard flooring does not help. As it was freezing outside the room was not heated enough. Room decor good and bed comfortable. Needs facilities to make hot drink in room.

Leider sehr Hellhörig & nicht sonderlich sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

Good hotel, didn't have breakfast, easy walk to centre about 20 minutes.

Zimmer war nicht perfekt. Dreck unter dem Bett, wände verspritzt. Wc & Dusche war okey. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
