I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London.

El baño es demasiado pequeño, en si la habitación es buena/regular , pero el baño es más chico que el de un crucero.

Bij het onthaal werden we niet door iedereen in het Nederlands geholpen!! Als we in het Nederlands bleven doorgaan werden we door de personen die geen Nederlands spreken ook niet meer vriendelijk behandeld. Kamer, voorzieningen en vooral het ontbijt was heel goed.

Accueil très courtois, chambre propre globalement, très bon emplacement pour faire les visites, un petit déjeuner très varié et conséquent.

Basic room. We booked this place at very last minute. Location is good, walking distance to center, with lot of cafe and restaurants just 10mins away from the hotel.

I was very happy with my stay at ibis Amsterdam City Stopera. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping carried out daily to a good standard. The location is excellent. It’s around a 15-minute walk to Amsterdam Central Station and roughly the same distance to the heart of the city’s nightlife, which made getting around very easy. At the same time, the area itself is calm and pleasant. There are also plenty of nearby amenities, including supermarkets and pharmacies (such as Boots), which was very convenient during the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily choose to stay here again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean and tidy. Not a far walk to the centre and close to metro stops. Would stay here again.

Hotel muito bem localizado, relativamente próximo do metrô e fácil acesso a pé para os pontos tirísticoa

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.
