沒人情味的住宿完全沒有家的感覺，入住根本是活受罪！ 貌似韓資酒店在薄荷島各處進行搶錢大作戰，整體平庸無過人之處，奇怪的政策卻層出不窮，我沒帶榴槤，憑什麼帶熱食要收外食費？ 這哪門子的過分規則？外食不能在客房使用，這輩子第一次聽過，怕客房髒掉就不要開酒店！另外，削芒果也聽說要收費？！這輩子第一次遇到。 於是我選擇不簽名，結果主管說，就算不簽還得遵守飯店規則，簽不簽都一樣，此生不會再住！ 一點人情味都沒的飯店，有的是一堆規範，不了解怎麼能被各平台捧的那麼高，薄荷島遊客真可憐！ 另外，電梯長時間悶熱及濕氣， 每乘坐電梯一次都覺得自己臭掉了，很糟糕的設施！ 沒服務熱忱建議韓資集團把飯店收了，不要在當地服務造成旅客的旅遊素質下降！

不管環境服務地堙位置都不錯, 只有早餐不是很好, 很多人很吵

We love Hennan Hotel.

Rooms 5 stars. Breakfast buffet 3 stars. Needlessly complicated towel policy 0 stars. Overall 2 stars. You may need a masters degree in hotel management to understand Hennan’s pool towel policy. You are given cards that you can redeem for a towel (maybe). It was never clear to me whether I was supposed to get the card back when I returned the towel. At any rate, we returned the towels every time, the same day. When I checked out, I had a towel token in my key folder that I had never used. This caused a half-hour delay while the staff “investigated” the matter. This system is completely idiotic! NOT a 5 star experience

Excellent stay but super expensive. Please give discounts to local tourists.

Raffin the pool bartender was friendly and very accommodating.. the room was nice ..the buffet breakfast was exceptional

We were not at beach side

The property was nice and clean. My only comment would be for their cushion beach lounge chairs to be wash. It has bird poops.

The hotel is very nice and clean. All the workers from receptionist, waiters, guard, golf cart driver and other workers. No problem easy to talk too and you will understand them good English. I’m coming back again next year.

There are two hotels on the property, the Hennan Alona and Hennan Tawala. We stayed at the Tawala, but beach access is through the Alona's beach club. We were told we couldn’t use their pool or most beach facilities. With our flight delayed by more than 3 hours, the hotel told us that upon checkout, we could walk around the property, but not go in the pool or beach. It’s nearly 90 degrees out so we walk around in the hot sun, or sit in the lobby. And they made sure to disconnect the WiFi the moment they processed the checkout and the hotel doesn’t offer free WiFi in the common areas. BTW, the coffee is terrible and the buffet breakfast is mostly bland food that isn’t even really warm, even though they’re under heat lamps to in chafing pans. Potato wedges and omelettes were basically room temp. None are made to order. You’re better off going off property for breakfast, even though they included it in the room price. The staff is always super friendly and polite, they get a 5 star rating. The hotel itself, maybe a 3.
