Good location good service

The hotel was ok. It’s within walking distance of the center, although about 1 mile from it. It’s a good place but I’d recommend something closer to the main attractions.

The room is clean, and staff is friendly, everything is good, except the TV is different to control.

I booked a superior room with a terrace on the first floor and was again impressed by this hotel, having stayed twice previously since 2022. It location is about a 20 minute walk from downtown Sevilla, but also is accessible by a metro line outside the hotel and a tram on the corner in Nerveon. The interior is divine, Its got a red, green appeal with space in abundance,a cool bar, wall TV leading to the breakfast and outdoor areas. Its has such a comforting feel about that is good for the soul. The room was comfortable.

Great stay, hotel was very clean and staff helpful at the desk with recommendations. About 20min walk into main town which was fine for us but can also use uber (about 6€ into town). Enjoyed the decor around the hotel and in the room. Would stay here again

Allt var verkligen perfekt under vår vistelse på hotellet. Från första stund blev vi varmt bemötta av personalen, som var både professionell och väldigt serviceinriktad. Rummet var fräscht, välstädat och smakfullt inrett, med en lugn och harmonisk känsla som gjorde det lätt att koppla av. Sängarna var bekväma, och vi sov otroligt gott varje natt. Frukosten var generös och av hög kvalitet, med ett brett utbud som passade alla smaker. Hotellets läge var också idealiskt – nära till allt men ändå tillräckligt avskilt för att ge en känsla av lugn. Helhetsupplevelsen överträffade våra förväntningar, och vi kände oss verkligen omhändertagna under hela vistelsen. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell och ser redan fram emot att komma tillbaka.

Room is clean. Cleaning staff did very good job. There was nothing, such as water pot, coffee machine, cups, and tea bag etc in the room when we into the room. But they bright some necessity in as we requested.

Towels did not smell fresh at all

Love the decor and room size. Friendly staff at check in. Location outside main city center, but walk 15 mins. Lots of nice local restaurant and bars nearby.

Great hotel in fabulous location close to the Metro for visiting all the sights in Seville. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was huge with a fantastic bed, lovely pillows and a great bathroom, it was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was not very well soundproofed and we could hear the neighbours baby crying like it was in our room. The advertising of the Spa by Expedia is misleading as it is not part of the hotel package, and is chargeable to use. The outdoor pool, that is part of the hotel, was also not available for us to use as it doesn't open until 1st April. This wasn't clear on booking. Overall we had a great few days but were disappointed that the Metropolitan Spa was badly advertised as part of the hotels facilities by Expedia.

The reception upon arrival cannot be praised. There were 3 employees, one of whom had customers and the others were staring at their computers. None of them even said hello. So I stood there waiting until a man nodded just enough for me to dare approach. Nothing was said, and after a while, he transferred my passport to the woman next to him. That also puzzled me, whether the transfer was temporary or not. It turned out that she finally took care of my matter. Breakfast was still excellent, and the cleaning staff took care of their duties well.

Cool hotel, clean and comfortable!

It was Dia de Andalusía and I was suffering from a bad cold and jet lag when I arrived. Sara at the front desk was especially helpful at directing me to the most convenient resources like a pharmacy and cafes with healthy meals that were still open on the national holiday. She helped me plan getting a train ticket, and watched my bags and called for my taxi to arrive just when I would finish eating a late breakfast next door. I felt taken care of. The location close to the parks and train stayion was excellent.

Second sejour en famille dans cet hotel. Un service impeccable, une prestation de qualité et un emplacement ideal pour visiter Seville.

The Hesperia is a lovely hotel in a great position, around a 15minute walk from the Alcázar. The room was modern and bright with a very comfortable bed and good quality linen and towels. Nice bathroom and good shower. Nice bar/lounge and patio area. Everywhere was very clean and the staff we met were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Seville. (Note there is no kettle in the room as seems to be the way in many Spanish hotels, but the coffee from the hotel bar was very good).
