Good location good service

The hotel is not a “5 star hotel” there is no bell man to help with bags. The pool was not a destination pool. Location was a mile from town. Overall it was a whatever property and I would not go back

Hotel très bien placé, ligne de bus à proximité, commerces, 20 min de marche pour les principaux sites...très propre, bien décoré et moderne. Chambre impeccable, sèche cheveux de pro et literie parfaite Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieure(non chauffée), eau encore trop fraîche mais des courageux y sont allés 😁

Very clean and quiet. Good restaurant food. Handy for bus to the airport.

Reception barely speak english, just handed off the key with any introduction about where the pool or restaurant or any other facility are at, room clean, breakfast was €25 or €19 if you book in advance however any local area cafe price is half so they are over priced, there is no spa at the hotel its just a gym and spa next door which they give you 20% discount to go there,

Breakfast was great and the rooms were great and the staff was ok.

Great goal, love the interiors. Room comfortable and nice bar area to end the night in. We used the pool area. The outdoor toilet was pretty disgusting the few day we were there and no lock on the door.

The reception staff were so friendly and happy to help us with a couple of things. The breakfast buffet was amazing and everything seemed very fresh. The room was lovely as were the cocktails at the bar. Good location, a 15min walk to the old town and there were some nice restaurants/tapas bars within 5 mins walk.

Good locaction by the tube station which is very cheap to use Good breakfast Staff very help full on passing on useful information. Room very clean each day (2 day stay) Would use again !!

Hadde rom med terrasse ut mot bassengområdet, fint og rent rom men terrassen var nok ikke rengjort på lang tid så den var ikke spesielt kjekk å benytte

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont propres et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est t'es bien garni. L'hotel est proche d'un arrêt de tramway et de métro facilitant les déplacements en centre ville. Nous recommandons l'adresse

didn't have breakfast included but thought was good value for money especially considering the location! it's only 20min walk from the centre but you have access to the underground metro just outside the hotel and also the tram line just couple of minutes walking distance. there is also a Carrefour just opposite the road. not used the outside swimming pool much but the only day I've stopped there it was very busy and almost all loungers had been taken. there is a bar there in case you want some drinks which is very convenient. the pool itself is quite small. i believe there is an indoor one as well but no information were provided about it when we checked in. Room was very cleaned (loved that is laminate flooring and not carpet!!) and i believe we got our towels changed every day without asking for it. Ned was comfy. only downside is that walls insulation is not the best so if you got noisy neighbours then you can hear them talking/walking/keep clicking on the switches.

Not worth the rate considering the gym is extra and you can stay in a 5 star hotel closer to Santa Justa for €40 extra more.

Weather was good. April is perfect time to visit Seville. Hotel is nice and well maintained. Its both plus and minus that their gym and indoor pool are outsourced to Metropolitan Club - same building as hotel, but next door. Amenities are top-notch. Minus is you have to pay extra 15 euros per day to use it (you can use it the whole day for this price), but plus is what you are getting for it is way better than anything I have seen in hotels so far. All you can eat breakfast is decent, but I would have expected more choice from European hotels. Area is a nice residential area with supermarket across the street (very convenient if you want get some fruits or drinks). Hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the center and 15 minutes walk to train station from where we rented a car.

Super clean & good housekeeping. Room was a great size & quiet until other guests slammed doors which is not the hotel’s fault. Had breakfast only 1 morning and it was a feast so although on the expensive side, you’ve got plenty of choice. Location is great with the tram a 2min walk, 20mins stroll to one of the entrances of Plaza de Espana, walkable to Cathedral in 30mins. Reception staff were a bit surly but I put that down to a busy feria week & lots of international groups to deal with. Overall definitely recommend.

Un super hôtel ! Propre, spacieux, joliment décoré, un personnel de réception très agréable ! Une belle chambre propre, spacieuse et calme ! En plus à côté d une bouche de métro ce qui est vraiment très pratique !
