Staff was excellent , everything about the hotel was very good

Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from!

I had an interior room and that wasn’t very exciting. Just a small room with a bathroom and you can hear everything in the hallway. The pool was obviously the highlight on a hot Madrid summer afternoon. The front desk was helpful with everything. I just didn’t enjoy the small room. And the leftover drinks and towels at the pool didn’t always get cleaned up. If you want that pool though, you should book it!

My room was very small The air condition took about 6 hrs to move from 24.5 to 21C The kitchen smell came directly into my room in the morning. It was not very great It is very centrally located, however and in a very lovely area Be aware of the room sizes when booking. A lot of times, one takes a lot for granted. It’s of the assumption that hotel room sizes are usually similar

The property was adequate, but also a bit shabby. I wouldn’t say the staff was helpful. I asked about stamps they weren’t sure exactly where nearest post office was. Went to bar for cappuccino and desert bartenders ignored me. Bathroom in my room needed a good cleaning … great location…

The best location. Easy to walk the city. The staff are very nice. We had a great vacation here

The location was excellent! We were able to walk and use the metro with a lot of ease . Even though it’s on a busy street we did not hear any noise in our actual room! The staff was very responsive and helpful! We loved our stay!

Nydelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet. Utrolig deilig med den store takterassen og basseng med plass til mange gjester. Og bra at det er restaurant på takterassen. Deilig med en pause der ila dagen. Pene rom og fin stil, og disse var nok nylig oppusset. Bor der gjerne igjen, og kan varmt anbefales

Location was great, friendly staff, our room was a bit noise, it looks a restaurant or the pool was above which it makes it noisy specially Friday nights, but other than that, everything was excellent.

Location helped us navigate the things that we wished to enjoy.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly, except for the staff at the rooftop skybar. I repeatedly asked to order something and was told several times that they were on their way. After half an hour, I asked for another employee again. I saw that others were being served first, and by the end of the story, I couldn't order a snack anymore because the kitchen was closing. I only ordered a drink. No apology and no compensation. Very disappointing. Waited a total of 1 hour. Date: 6-6-2026
