Excelente atención y maravilloso Hotel

The hotel is Beautiful and located in central Madrid, but is only one problem, a guy who happens to be the restaurant manager (Breakfast). He has single handedly ruined my stay at the Hotel and I would definitely never visit again EVER thanks to this horrible man!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff was accommodating and friendly- great location. Comfortable and clean, we would most definitely go back!

Very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, and staff was very helpful and courteous.

Other than the bed being a little smaller than usual it was a very pleasant stay. All staff were friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was very appreciated.

This was the best hotel in all of my Europe trip. The location couldn’t have been better, we were in the center of Gran Via which is the biggest tourist street in Madrid. It had a bunch of dining options around including a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself. The metro station was literally across the street and it’s super easy and convenient to use if you wanna move around the city. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and organized. They provided bathrooms and slippers for us. It was just very central very accessible and an overall great experience for me. I recommend this to anybody staying in Madrid. You won’t regret it.

Lovely location - metro, shops, and restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hospitality was off chain.

I was surprised with a free upgrade upon check in and the complimentary in room Nespresso machines were amazing.

The aesthetic of the place and locality was amazing. They also sorted out moving our luggage seamlessly. Arrival and leaving was professional and friendly. I had VIP discount for the rooftop bar but this was not used. We went up to the bar to find it only opens from 6pm. Then went up at 9pm to grab a bite and enjoy a drink to find there was a private event that would be finished by 10pm (no one told us this before). Went there again at 10pm to be told it was closed the entire night for the private event (again, no one told us this). Very very frustrating. We also changed rooms during our stay. We checked at reception what room we were moved to and if we can get our card access, to be told that our room is exactly the same as before (he didn't check the computer). We went to the room to find someone else in there and felt incredibly embarrassed for disturbing them. Told the guy at reception who then corrected his error with no apology. So disappointing and I really do hope this isn't a repeated experience for others.

Nice stay, would come back

Was only here one night but everything was great. Clean, comfortable with great service. Quiet room despite busy location!

Overall, it was good. Location is excellent. The only complaint is they cleaned the room when we had a do not disturb sign on the door. They clearly ignored the sign.

Renovated rooms that were stylish and comfortable and quiet. Only problem was with the TV- would have been good if it was set up for us with English instructions
