The hotel is well located on Gran Via. The room contained all amenities required and was comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet was extensive and there is a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant.

Rekommenderas varmt! Så bra hotell med trevlig personal och bra läge. Poolområdet är fantastiskt.

Me han asignado un cuarto de 5 metros cuadrados, espantoso el peor cuarto en el que jamás he estado habiendo pagado más 180 euros!!

Trotz des kleinen Zimmers war genug Platz für drei. Das Frühstück war klasse, reichhaltig und mit frischem Obst. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir konnten zum Glück am ersten Tag unser Zimmer wechseln. Von Doppelbett (war höchstens 140cm breit) zu zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer war zwar kleiner, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es war sauber, gute Schallschutzfenster und mit Klimaanlage. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ziemlich groß und auf der Dachterrasse stehen einige Liegen, teils mit Schirm. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Lediglich das Frühstück und den Frühstücksraum fand ich etwas enttäuschend.

Beautiful property in the heart of the city!

Todo bien como siempre. Pero es molesto la cantidad de ruido que hacían las habitaciones cercanas con portazos en todo momento desde la tarde-noche y luego temprano cuando salieron de excursión. Algo pasaba que se oían muchos golpes de caídas de cosas en la habitación y luego portazos lo que no dejaba descansar bien.

Todo excelente como siempre.

Beautiful and great location! The staff in the front desk really nice! The employees at the rooftop were not! Bad service!

L'hôtel a un emplacement idéal, le personnel est agréable et compétent. Les chambres premium sont parfaites et calmes. Le rooftop et sa piscine sont un plus très appréciable. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

The breakfast was excellent, diverse and healthy. Front lobby staff and security were very professional and efficient.

Amenities were bare minimum with no tissue paper and small towels in the bathroom which is very tight, old and poorly ventilated without opening up the bathroom window. The side elevator does not allow you to access the rooftop pool but no sign in the elevator to indicate the access limit. I found that out only after I went down to ask the receptionist who looked at me as though I should have known that.

Great location, the staff were super friendly and serviceable. Like it a lot. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, nice hotel. Helpful staff. However, missed English- speaking TV- channels like CNN, BBC. Chinese channel is a poor substitution.
