this is a good hotel with beatiful lake, specially swimming pool besides lake, enjoy very much on swimming.

hotel staffs are nice but quite old hotel n lots of noise from next doors or upstairs or vacuum cleanner in the midnight

高档的酒店，设施完备风景优美，餐厅也很好。唯一遗憾的是酒店入住的服务人员屡屡出错，把房卡同时发了两份，造成不愉快的经历，在另一间房错误加床，希望加强服务人员的培训。

通过hotel平台定的房间都是相比来说较差的房间。大堂旁边的Dining Room自助餐还不错。

连锁式高端酒店，干净、整洁，环境好，风景好，管家式服务非常到位，自助早餐及其丰富。此行中还在康提住过两天这个品牌的酒店，一样满意。

典型的商务酒店，提供很舒服的感觉。客房，大堂，餐厅，泳池，湖边，一切都让人很惬意。尤其推荐中餐厅the long feng,主厨是中国人，相当热情，可以直接和主厨探讨菜单，会尽可能按照个人要求来做。吃了这么多天当地食物，能吃到基本正宗的中国菜，那是相当的令人感动。

Very nice hotel. Buffet restaurant offer very good dish. Room service is in a good quality. And there is a nice swimming pool there. A really nice stay.

Fridge in the room did not worked, not the room I requested, it took 1 hour to checkin, the lady booking me, ran away making, man standing back to complete the booking, he kept on running to to boss,

Overall it’s a great stay :)

Staff very polite, I do not know if they understand, they keep on say we apologize, I do not understand what’s point of sorry, I need what I paid for, they are sold my room to someone else, then they want another $160 per night more.

Quite a nice hotel. Very big and busy. Room comfortable. Dining options good. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant. Breakfast varied but very busy. Nice pool and bar. Very uncomfortable sun loungers.

A business hotel that also caters to special events. If you are on a Holiday then I think you have better options. Good breakfast but somewhat chaotic.

The concierge and the person she called their manager were very very very impolite. They should learn customer care and hospitality management skills more deeply. Not attending to customer's issue, hut instead, trying to pass the bucket towards the customer's side. The first ignorant concierge I have ever seen in a what they call a 5 star hotel. In my honest guess, the WHOLE front office, concierge mainly, should be changed. They are the face of the hotel, but if they are sooo bold headed and ignorant, without a greeting, without a smile, without a welcome, why keep them at the front line? Cinnamon HR SHOULD, I mean they SHOULD, change their concierge personnel, MAINLY THE PERSON CALLED THE MANAGER.

Please find somewhere else. This is a company that is very well known in sri lanka. We staed at cinnamon lakeside super room......with no lake view. Apparently thats more. It was £200 for 2 nights. A Monday and Tuesday. No breakfast. Pretty much same as london price and same room, minus sick stain on wall and floor (fingers really crossed it was sick). Ooooo and the worst bit (for me....appreciate its not going to bother everyone). No balcony and couldnot open windows so for 3 days / 2 nights we had a/c on constant. Now both have smokers cough. Great. There are just better places to stay to be honest. With better food and a better vibe. Wasnt great
