Good quality 4 star hotel, excellent location, free parking and breakfast but the room and the pool are not 5 star. The promotional photography on the website and marketing saying this is the premier 5 star hotel in canberra sets a very high expectation expecting a W hotel/ shangrila or intercontinental but not up to that standard
My room had no shower gel, air vents are full of dust, and no tv remote. Air con is old, cannot set temp lower than 22. Reception / service from bibi and kuldi were warm and efficient resolved most issues.
Renovated 7-8 yrs ago based on an old hostel
Breakfast is in their main high end restaurant. Excellent decor and selection
Gym is nice but open only until 8pm
Would stay again but would not pay premium prices.

Room was ok - we stayed there a few times. Breakfast was disappointing - they offered the same food everyday and to top it off you had to pay for barista coffee. The ordering for the coffee was also poorly serviced.
