시드니에서 캔버라로 여행올때마다 주로 머무는 호텔입니다. 넓고 깨끗한 방 구조와 친절하고 빠른 직원 응대는 아주 칭찬할만 합니다. 또한, 수영장과 피트니스, 부페는 훌륭합니다. 이번 가족 휴가에도 잘 머물다 갑니다.

Very nice hotel with great amenities: swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, good gym. Breakfast has a lot of choices, very tasty. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Clean room and very friendly staffs!

Wow! What an incredible stay. The staff were so friendly and accomidating, the room was amazing, food was wonderful. I really have no faults on this place. Id book againg, reccomend to others and i even bought a voucher for a christmas present to this place!

Gode værelser, fin pool og lækker restaurant. Morgenmad var også god og rigelig (menu hvor ekstra betales). Parkering for store biler rundt om hjørnet.

Very good location, a nice stay!

The hotel itself is very beautiful and the facilities are genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, the internal communication between staff significantly let down what could have been a great stay. Prior to arrival, I booked and then called to request a cot and a late checkout due to travelling with a baby. I was told both were noted, with a confirmed checkout time of 12pm. When we arrived at the room, there was no cot provided. Between 11am and 12pm, three separate staff members knocked on our door asking if we were checking out. Each time I explained that we had a baby and had arranged a late checkout. The lack of communication between staff was obvious and disruptive. Due to the repeated interruptions, our baby was woken up, and we ultimately decided to leave earlier than planned. Additionally, we used a few minibar items that later appeared as additional charges, however this was not clearly explained to us at any point. We also requested an emailed receipt for these charges, which we never received. While the hotel itself is lovely, the experience overall was frustrating and disappointing. For these reasons, I would be hesitant to stay here again, particularly when travelling with a young family.

What you would expect from an elite 5 star hotel. Excellent room appointments, friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent food and a nice and easy experience.

Hotel Realm exceeded our expectations for the quality of the room, the cleanliness and the facilities and the location. Our included breakfast was great except that the hot food was quite cold and the staff weren't really on top of cleaning tables, replenishing glassware for drinks, or really being efficient. However, despite that, we truly loved our stay and plan to stay at Hotel Realm on our next stay in Canberra (which is regular as we have family there).

Staff and clean rooms and size/ layout

Never again. Used to be our favourite place in Canberra for a weekend escape but it has gone so downhill recently. Room wasn't cleaned, shower was old and disgusting. Asked for quiet room due to small child, was placed right above the beer garden, it was terrible room. People yelling and loud music till late. No parking when we returned from dinner, front desk just said oh in a few hours you'll be able to get a spot. So even though our room included parking they expected us to return in the early hours of the morning to park our car onsite.
