整體算清潔，床算大。

在悉尼住酒店首选还是公寓式。帕拉马塔中心区域本来就是比较新的聚居地，公寓式酒店自然很干净。关键是看中了那里的游泳池。

After a long drive the staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive with the commonsense checkin. Secure parking was most pleasing and access was uneventful. Proximity to shops and public transport was also impressive. The room offered was most adequate and the bed was the most comfortable we have experienced over the past 30 years. Well done Mercure and when required we will be back.

We stayed in a higher floor room which looked like it had been renovated very spacious great breakfast perfect place to stay if you’re going to the races

Street noise was very loud throughout the night as was people entering/exiting their rooms.

Everything was very clean. Staff were excellent. Location was central to the Rosehill racecourse.

I got conned by the photos during booking.!!! The room was so bad that now I have to write it in point form to list them all-: 1) There was way too much dust in the room. 2) The bathroom tiles and roof had mold/mould and not clean. 3) The taps/mixer in bathroom were a joke. Either cold or burning hot. 4) The ironing board was broken and had burn marks. 5) The used towels seemed to have been folded and put back. 6) There was accumulation of too much lint and dust under the beds. 7) The a/c buttons and thermostat was below par. 8) The windows, corners and under tables seemed they were not cleaned in ages. The staff was okay, understood our concerns and changed the room. But the other rooms was no better either. Had almist similar issues in the other room too. The bathroom was a bit more cleaner than the previuos room. I did not expect this from a Mercure propeerty but it needs a major overhaul. Lastly, the reception floor area seemed that it had not been vacuumed and/or mopped for weeks. The hotel carpark which we decided to use and pay $25 per day was not worth it as it was very dirty and the floor area was not clean.

Parking and breakfast were great. Staff we're friendly and helpful Room relatively clean Only issues were a non-working bar fridge in the room, and and unfortunately someone smoking in the rooms adjacent lead to smoke sent through the airvents into our rooms

The room 207 carpet is sooo dirty. Bath tab looks like somebody popped in it. Toilet flush was not working properly. Breakfast was sooo basic and terrible it was look like that. Serve yesterday report. I will Never ever booked this hotel again

All was good in general but the lights of the room were not adequate. Too many indirect lights but not one to illuminate the whole room.

Room was clean & comfortable, especially the bathroom which is important for me. Appreciate the off-street parking, although the driveway is a little tight! Across the road from supermarket, petrol station, Camellia Hotel (with an excellent bistro) and other food options. Would happily stay here again and recommend to family/friends.

Not good enough

Lift broke down. Rooms/furniture all chipped and quite aged. Carpets not vaccummed properly.

Needs work eg painting. Looking very tired

The property is nice except for the room I was situated with the bed behind the lift so I got hardly any sleep. It was effectly like trying to sleep in the wind tunnel with the lift going up and down all night. Very tired and pretty unhappy leaving there on Sunday morning.
