머큐어 시드니 파라마타

방 크기가 4인 가족이 지내기에 충분했고 시설 내에 주차공간이 있어서 매우 편리했음. 호텔 바로 앞에 대형마트와 패스트푸드 체인점들이 있어서 식사 등을 해결하기도 좋았음.

룸 상태나 청결도 등이 좋았습니다. 그리고 바로 앞에 마트가 있어 편리했으나 괜찮은 식당을 찾으려면 도보로 조금 거리가 있어 이 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

방음이 좀 안되서, 살짝 불편하긴 했습니다.

파라마타역에서 M92번 버스를 타고 로즈힐쪽으로 가시다가 맥도날드 , KFC, 울월스 보이면 바로 벨을 누르세요 ! 호텔 바로앞이 버스정류장입니다 ㅎㅎ 시티 나가실때도 반대편에서 버스타셔서 파라마타역에서 내려서 전철타시고 이동 ~~ 3박4일동안 호텔에서 잠만자서 다른건 잘 모르겟으나 ~ 스트라스필드 가깝고 시티나가는 교통편도 괜찮고 가성비가 괜찮았던 호텔이였어요 !

The bathroom was very dated and had mould on the ceilings and shower pressure was slow. the water temperature was inconsistent too, posing a risk to young child as the water went too hot and or too cold very quickly! there was mould around the skin and the bench top looked like it was going to break off the wall. the air con system was terrible, there was a lot of dust in the vents and you couldn't control the temperature, only the fan speed was adjustable. there was no concierge service as we needed help with our bags and the receptionist said they were short staff to help and wasn't too kind on the phone. the hotel was annoying to get to was there was no right turn into the hotel, we had to do several u turns to get there, car parking was very tight, lucky we had a smaller SUV however a bigger car would be pose a risk of hitting the wall/kerb etc. the room card kept being deactivated so we had to go to reception to fix it every night, they said it was because it was next to my phone/credit card even though it wasnt. property seems very dated for a 4 star hotel.

The cleaning and maintenance of the property is very poor: mould on the bathroom roof due to poor ventilation, carpets not vacuumed, and layers of dust. This is somewhat disguised by poor lighting in the rooms. Maintenance appears to be patch up jobs and we had to move rooms in the middle of the evening due to the roof leaking above our toilet when water was used from the room above. This was a known defect that hadn’t been repaired properly

Are chosen Hotel I heard was good Hotel and was close to the wedding I stayed two nights the second day in the morning my daughter got glass in her foot it was in the carpet I took the glass out from her foot then I reported it and show them the glass and I told him with a carpet was not clean properly I told them to clean the carpet maybe there's more glass my daughter did not have a good time at the wedding because her foot was saw and today I'm very disappointed

Very rundown and not kept tidy.

Staff were great, bed was so comfortable. The toilet seat was broken, mold on roof in bathroom. Breakfast was very nice.

The mattresses was sinking, the breakfast hot meals were all cold and was served late. However, all the staff were excellent.

Good wrlcoming atmosphere.

Most of the staff was very helpful,the girl who checked us in was very unhelpful and felt like an unwanted guest. Buffet was great. Charged for car parking twice. Has to call them and sort out the issue. Location is prominent close to food takeaways and parramatta. Probably won’t come back because of customer service received at front desk.

The card reader was a big problem getting out of the car park and also using the lift to the room.The design of the car park made getting in or out of the car park almost impossible. The engineers of this place should have been fired. The food was ok but the room needs to be a bit more cooler. This place needs a bit of money to bring it up to standard. The interior corridor painted white resembled more of a classroom. The room was ok.

Was disappointed that it didn’t have courtesy parking
