前台的Jeff非常友好，给出很多很棒的建议，第一晚我们晚到了他还在等我们。有自带的泳池和烧烤，我们享受了非常愉快的时候。

房間乾淨，服務人員親切

We stayed here for 3 nights in a triple studio. The motel was located in North Cairns, it takes around 30 minutes to walk to central Cairns, taxi are affordable. Free transport to central and airport are provided at certain timeslot throughout the day. Our room was very clean, large and well equipped, we cooked dinner for 2 nights and felt at home. Owners and staff are very friendly people. Definitely value for money and recommended.

I booked a twin bed studio, eventually I got a room with 1 queen bed and 2 small beds. The room looks quite small but fortunately with a kitchenette and a small dining table. I believe if they remove the 2 small beds, it will be much better. Of course, if you have more friends or kids, you will be happy. This type of apartment sure not for someone who wants a seperate bedroom and living area. Stay for sleep only, it is OK.

Just a bit too far from the city. Shuttle bus can be more at night, since the last one picking up from the city was 5.45pm. Besides of that, everything was fine.

My husband and I had a very comfortable stay in Reef Palms Motel in early December. The room was furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and the bed was really comfortable. Staff are nice and Alison was helpful and gave us very good tips for the tours. The only drawback is just the airplane noise in some evenings but not serious. I would certainly recommend this motel to all friends who plan to have vacations in Cairns.

位置不大方便，到市區要乘車，近機場，有飛機聲。但是，1個街口，行<3 分鐘就到海濱長廊，可看日出和夜星，超美。沿海濱長廊步行來回市中心，約25分鐘，會見到很多鳥兒，海鷗、塘鵝、燕子、火雞..........很舒服。接待好幫得手，可提供local tour 的資料和意見！

good to live in such small hotel with some personal touch. also good value for money. they can book all kinds of tours for you, they give good recommendations, but everywhere does the same and they get commission from the tour provider. i do not like the "Uncle Mike" for Kuranda Rainforest tour. If you want to go to Kuranda, you do not need to join any tour, you just go to train station and buy train ticket and return with Sky Rail (cable car). the final cable car station is a bit far from hotel, you need to find public transportation, basicly this is the only "value" for a tour, they pick you up and send u to train station, they get you back from cable car station, nothing else.

I originally book two nights at this motel: the night when we arrived and second night after visiting the great barrier reef. The first night we arrived around midnight. It felt wet and humid as soon as we walked in. We found out there was NO AC in the room if people leave the room. Think about how humid in the higher 20's in Carins! No surprise we found mold in the fridge, on the window, etc. The room smelt so moody that my younger daughter who has sensitive airway was unable to breath. We all needed to wear N95 masks to sleep through the night because we had no choice. The second day we had to spend over $300 for another hotel to spend the night--of course last minute and same day booking is always expensive. But I would rather spend this money rather than spending another night in this filthy hotel. Besides my younger daughter was coughing the second day. Nobody should sleep in that hotel filled with mold. When I told the owner about the mold issue, he shrugged his shoulder and did not feel serious about it. He told us it was normal to have mold in Carnes which was humid. I told him that in the US, his hotel would be shut down if there is mold because of public health concern. He told me it was Australia. There was no such as thing as mold remediation. Do not live in this filthy place. It is full of mold ! See my pic of the mold in the fridge!

Towels! I had no bath towels. No tea towel or hand towel was provided for the second week. Had to afk repeatedly for bath towel. No assistance bringing baggage up the three flights of stairs. Laundry room and machines were dirty. Chewing gum on seats in common areas.

I was expecting my room to be cleaned and fresh linen provided. I’ve been here seven days, put out the “please tidy my room” .. but nothing.

Friendly staff. Place is dated but has a nice pool.

中心部からは少し離れていますがレンタカーがあったのて問題ありませんでした。 新しさはありませんが、キッチンもあり自炊も可能、バーベキューコンロも使えます。 階段しかないので足が不自由な方や荷物が多い場合は1階の部屋をリクエストされることをおすすめします。

Convenient location close to airport. Unfortunately just a one night booking so unable to access tourism services which appear to be a specialty of this property. Sadly another motel that hadn’t bothered to provide any milk in room
