Incredible views, stunning accommodations with everything you could possibly ask for! I highly recommend above all others on the island!

Breakfast: good Room: ok( ac broke down) Staff/service: very disorganized, no coordination between front desk/maintenance/guest services

Callum (reception) was the only saving grace - other than this I can’t say very much good. Overpriced - definitely not 4-5 star! I stayed at the hotel rather than an apartment for services of which there were none. All I experienced staff that were never there. Told I could use the phone locally for free and then they billed over $100! I had to set up my own excursions. Hard to get housekeeping and didn’t really clean. The room smelled of mildew. Way overpriced for what I didn’t get. I could’ve enjoyed he beach club just the same for much less elsewhere and amenities at the actual hotel were next to nothing. Tried to charge $250 for Christmas dinner which was anything but gourmet! They need to do better or will suffer many more 1 star reviews. Beware to those thinking of booking!!!!

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The blinds kept the room quite dark in the morning which was really nice for our family.

Old Hotel, but well-kept and clean, except for the hallways. Staff were friendly, but room cleaning was too slow, late.

Very dirty and non existing housekeeping. Bird poop on floor and balcony. The hotel needs a renovation.

Great views over the beach. Close to all key facilities on the island. Free hop on hop off bus was great. Golf buggies good fun too.

Room was clean and very spacious, view are amazing. Room service was also super fast and very convenient as if you do not have a booking for restaurant you will not find food besides the lounge bar or the local tavern.

Staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Huge room and bathroom, all clean. Brilliant view from Coral Sea room. Great breakfast.

Staff were friendly but the room is quite dated and rundown. Bathroom was huge but needed deep cleaning. The shower glass panels are dirty, the shampoo/body wash pumps are not working properly. Definitely needs a refresh. Variety at the buffet breakfast was okay, but quality not so great. Soup was cold and sausages were hard as rocks. Seafood / salmon had bad fishy taste - not fresh at all. I felt bad wasting food but some were literally inedible and I gave feedback to one of the wait staff when he was collecting half eaten plates from our table.

The room was very nice, magnificent view and the staff werr very helpful.

We stayed here for 4nights.bit outdated but the view from ocean view is spectacular!

The property is very well located. Great services, loved the free airport shuttle, great supply of beach towels. Great amenities, fabulous staff. Could have done with more staff at times and the property is starting to show its age. Probably due a deep clean too.
